Honestly the most helpful and kindhearted support I've ever encountered. It was for my current partner, as a birthday gift and given the current circumstances I wasn't able to hand it over in person. But with the help of Lucy I could order it with ease and got assistance in the form of special wrapping and a personalized note, with no extra charge. The actual hide in of itself was of amazing quality and the shipping was impressively fast. Definitely a company I will return to in the near future!

Lucy was very helpful, she sent photos of the rug to ask if it was suitable. It is beautiful quality and the tones throughout are gorgeous and show its authenticity.

I dealt with Lucy who replied very quickly to my email asking for advise on which rugs would fit with my decor. Purchased 3 reindeer rugs and received a nice discount and an upgrade on rug size for free. Rugs arrived quickly 3 days after ordering. Rugs are absolutley beautiful, exceeded my high expectations. Plus a lovely free gift of a pair of gloves.

Lucy was fantastic looking after us and guiding us to the hide that was best for us. I had originally ordered the wrong hide so asked for an exchange, which they were more than happy to do. I cannot recommend Nordic Hides and Skins enough their quality of product is outstanding and customer service beyond reproach.

The only thing better than the product was the quality of service and responsiveness, I’m always a little hesitant to buy online when I’ve not seen (or felt), the product but the sharing of photos and choice afforded to me was really reassuring. Fantastic all round. Was a little bit wary about whether I would get something my wife would like given there is so much variety between hides.

This hide was exactly as I hoped and anticipated it looking, and my wife loved it.
