I ordered thirty expensive Christmas tree decorations, at least ten were very badly made or damaged. Really disappointed with this company.

I recently ordered some sheepskin cushions and LED lights for Christmas and I couldn't be happier! They are beautiful quality and have been admired by all my friends. The website is super easy to use, DPD delivery is fast and efficent, and I will be ordering again soon!

Poor. Expensive item supplied with euro plug and an adaptor in the box. Not good enough, slower refund than most other companies.

Having been a loyal Nordic house client over the years the quality of their products has fallen substantially. Despite providing evidence of a poor quality product my proof was brushed aside and it seems my loyalty did not count. Not even the courtesy of a replacement product or perhaps a discount. Nordic House customer service is non-existent.

Its also no surprise that Nordic House has not claimed its Trust Pilot reviews page.

Nordic House have finally claimed their Trust Pilot reviews page in December 2020

For me good customer service is not about getting the basics right but going out of your way to solve a problem when things go wrong. I ordered few plates I liked to see them in real life. When I wanted to order a full set it turned out they were sold out of many things and the line was discontinued. I asked if they could help me source the missing items by pointing me in the right direction like telling me the producer or real name for the collection, and their only response was that they don't share details of their suppliers. After spending a lot of time on research I traced down their supplier who told me they still have all my items in stock and all Nordic House should do is get in touch with them and get the items as they don't sell directly to end client. Nordic House ignored this information and only told me they can't do that because the line is discontinued and they can't discuss their suppliers with me. This didn't even make any sense, it was like dealing with a broken robot. They even spend time on writing me a long but useless email saying that same message. When I asked them if they actually picked up the phone to speak to their supplier they ignored answering, and I'm guessing they couldn't be bothered. Anyway it was easier and cheaper in the end to find a shop in Sweden that ordered the items I needed and organised the delivery to London with no hassle and in no time. Shame I didn't order everything through Sweden in the first place to spare all that frustration and save some money.

I recently tried to order a mirror with a delivery charge of £15 to my UK mainland address. Only after entering all my details at checkout was I asked to contact Nordic House for a pallet delivery quote. The quote, of which there was no initial mention, was £75!!! Half the cost of the mirror! Unsurprisingly, I didn't go ahead with the order, but this didn't stop Nordic House sending an unsolicited catalogue. This company has some beautiful products but on this occasion their service was very disappointing and misleading.
