Been waiting 3 hours cant get in, the key dosent match. The costumer service is suprisingly bad, and un helpful.

The customer service mindset of the team, their availability and their kindness have been very much appreciated. I have been a Tenant for some years and they have been always a great factor in managing the contract and keep myself and the landlord updated with any law or changes and when in need to provide any clarification.

I´ve had (and still am having) a terrible experience with Nordic Housing. We´ve never delayed the payments and all of the sudden, I was called into court because Nordic Housing was not paying the owner of the apartment I was renting.

I had to hire a lawyer in order to get Nordic Housing attention and e-mail replies. Of course we left the apartment after that and since then, my deposit has not been returned to me. This has been happening for over 13 months and they simply do not answer/reply anymore. The people managing this matter from Nordic Housing side was very rude and at some point it felt like my fault I was looking for a lawyer and taking the proper actions.

So, if I can give a proper advice is that you, as a tenant, stay away from doing business with Nordic Housing, because they are not reliable and very hard to communicate.

Very supportive staff. They guided through the whole process explaining the different stages without imposing options. Short response times.

recently declared themselves bankrupt, took everyones administration fee into 2024, then told customers to find another administrator while operating still in a new name.

We are grateful to Nordic Housing for helping us find an apartment. It was extremely pleasant and easy to work with Camilla Dalskjær. She always answered our, perhaps strange, questions quite quickly. You can feel the highest level of professionalism.

We have been in house search and communication with many agencies and real estate consultants for a long period of time in Copenhagen. I would like to share from my heart that it was very touching for me to feel the care, consideration and the level of support with high level of can do attitude given by Camilla. I would definitely recommend her and if I need any other real estate help in the near future, I would definitely contact her in the first place without hesitation.

We had a very bad experience. A very un-Nordic experience incl well documented evidence of material malpractice by their agents, poor communications, rudeness and zero willingness to remedy issues they caused. We certainly do not recommend Nordic housing!
