$6k + bike and treadmill bricked due to…

$6k + bike and treadmill bricked due to software update.
Company refuses to do anything about it, beside push us to buy something else.
Owned less than 5 years (bike bricked in under 2). Very minimally used.
Joined class action lawsuit for this exact issue, and they still wont come out to fix.

Very bad experience with NordicTrack…

Very bad experience with NordicTrack equipment. Own an exercise bike (the second) abd an elliptical. Expensive and despite looking after the equipment, less than two years old and many faults. Bought an extended guarantee but still had to pay an engineer (designated by NordicTrack) to assess and service the machine. Extremely ven bad customer service with no direct phone, only emails. Despite having the report from the engineer, NordicTrack/Ifit still stalling the approval for the repair under the guarantee. The machine in question is less than two years old. Will not recommend NordicTrack equipment and will not buy their products again

Jumped on here to see the comments. I notice this is an unclaimed page so don’t know how legitimate the reviews are. Just to forewarn people to triple check direct with NordicTrack, and perhaps get it confirmed in writing, before they go ahead and order replacement parts. I was told direct that they still support a replacement treadmill part so I went ahead and started getting other parts replaced to then be told they actually do not support a certain critical part and don’t have any in stock. In a nutshell, I’ve just had a useless brand new part fitted into a machine that’s in excellent condition, but it’s all completely useless and needs to be sent to the tip as it won’t work without a critical part that they can’t source but initially said they can. I guess it only takes one untrained member of staff to relay incorrect information, however, the rest of the staff aren’t that bothered by my current situation. It’s enough for me to jump ship and start using a different manufacturer. Triple check guys. Dont get diddled like I did!

Don't Ever buy a treadmill from Them

Don't Ever buy a treadmill from Them. First the tracking is awful you will never know about your delivery time/day and secondly and most important upon delivery they will leave the treadmill out your house as if you are super human capable of transporting a 150 kg treadmill by yourself into your home

Subscription and warranty scams

I was extra careful to decline the subscription to NordickTrack's fitness app. Despite multiple declines throughout the process I was still subscribed.

I also purchased an extended warranty. Several days after purchase, I received an email that I must register my product for the warranty to be valid. When I tried to register, the system wanted me to pay for the warranty the second time.

Nordicktrack - Worst customer support i.m.o.

Nordicktrack advertises their exercise equipment at 0% APR through TD Bank. Thought it was a good deal and ordered a treadmill on 11/15. The treadmill shipped to my city by 12/7, but to date (12/31) I have not been able to get hold of any human being at Nordicktrack or Ifit to help me schedule a delivery. I even called their shipping agent - Allegro Home Delivery twice - but nobody there could solve delivery. Just full of empty promises. I have sent Ifit a number of emails to complain, but all I get is an auto generated case number. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and potential customers should know this before making a purchase decision.
