I had a fantastic experience with Nordic Nest. I bought a Le Creuset dish which was significantly cheaper than I could have got anywhere in the UK.
It arrived 9 days after I ordered it so very happy! Glad I didn't get put off by the bad reviews here
Cheaper than UK options, they used UPS so there was an insanely detailed parcel tracker, and the parcel arrived promptly.
I was worried after reading some of the reviews about delivery and then being given a date for delivery from Nordic Nest (via DPD) that passed with no delivery and no change of status for several days. However, when I contacted Nordic Nest via their chat service (very quick) they said there was a slight delay and it should be rectified that day. The lamp I ordered came a few days later. The entire time between order and delivery was only 8 days which I thought was great. The item was also priced about 30% cheaper than everywhere selling it in the UK.
We bought a pink cushion that turned out to be dark brown when we received it!
It was impossible to return it as you have to send it to Sweden, complete customs information and their customer service people just stops answering!
I finally took it to the Post Office, filled all the forms and the online form that the post office has to complete didn’t have a category for “cushions” so they send it as “clothing”. I paid £40 for the return and the items are stuck in uk customs, what a joke!
Would give 0 stars if possible.

06/03/2024 I receive an email saying my return has been accepted and they will refund me.
Their website and customer service is really bad.
I tried to order online , they took the payment and the order never completed. I was trying almost every day through their live chat and email to contact them.
They replied saying that they will look at it and they will inform me. It took over a month to solve the issue through my bank and their bank.
While this shop has interesting products at reasonable prices, their return policy for UK customers isn't the best: you're expected to pay for the return of the goods to Sweden and that essentially can amount to almost the same value that you paid for your order in the first place. I wish I had read their return policy before buying...
Ordered gifts for Christmas in November which never arrived - was told I would have to wait for up to three months to find out what happened to my order, then three months later just got a refund into my account - appalling service, would avoid
I have placed an order last week and immediately got an e mail saying its been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number says its not being shipped yet for days now no change in the status. I sent them an e mail and got no response. I hate when this happens. And most of the negative reviews here were added after I placed my order :( DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also so shameless that they havent even responded to any of the negative reviews here seems like they dont care?!
AVOID! Site says delivery 4 to 6 days to the UK but it has taken over 12 so far and still nothing. Took 6 days to even be packed up at the warehouse in GERMANY!!! Just avoid this company, find local for what you need and experience way less hassle. Good prices but I bought a light that won't fit UK lights. If you sell to the UK then the products either need to be clear or you offer a product that will make them work. Customer service were unable to help but were very courteous
Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you ever want to see your items do not order from this website. It has been over a month since I ordered my items and they are still "being packed in the warehouse". Impossible to get a hold of and incompetent customer service. GO FIND YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER SELLER!!

Whilst the birds did not arrive in 4-6 working days to UK as per website's standard delivery timelines, they did arrive within 11 working days.
I also found the customer care provided by their team on the telephone was great!

I bought 2 battery powered candles for my mum's birthday but one did not work. I emailed customer service and they responded so quickly, even during the Christmas break. They confirmed that a replacement candle would be sent. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that is customer focused. Thank you !
It took two and a half weeks to receive my order, which I was lead to believe it'd be a fast delivery when placing the order.
All six seat cushions arrived smelling of strong mold and their return policy makes it near impossible to return anything and get a refund.

This company obtained my order under false pretences - promising delivery before Xmas . No further contact from them until notice of dispatch to arrive 29/12. Three blankets / significant presents I am now unable to give on Christmas Day- Chat option met with silence . This was my second order …. And my last…..
I ordered 16 plates. Half of them were broken.
They should really improve the way they pack items.
But I was able to get a refund for the broken items

Almost a month waiting for my parcel after 2 complaints. Yesterday -a saturday - received an email stating i would be receiving my parcel that day ( no specific time), and guess what: i didn’t. Besides not delivering on their stated times they even try to ruin your weekend. Unbelievably not nice.
