Great Service. Well done.
I have had nothing but great service from this company. My order was a little late but contacted the company who responded promptly and sent another order with a complimentary lip balm,
As it happens, a few days later both orders arrived, which the company was happy for me keep as compensation.

They fixed the situation!
There were complications due to customs in the UK but Nordicoil fixed the problem by sending out another item straightaway. No messing around and begging a company to fix the situation. They just fixed the situation. Thank You!

Initial indications are good
Early days but indications are that the product is proving to be beneficial to my wife's rheumatic pain. Will have to monitor it to judge its success.

I had a few communication issues initially and I was very disappointed but then the company called me back and answered all of my queries. I have placed an order and I have high hopes for the product but in the meantime, after a slow start Nordic came through.
