Barista class review
Had a barista class with Francesco on 18 Feb 2025. It was a great 2 hrs training session where we were taught how to make espresso dialing with dose, grind size, and tamping power. He also gave an introduction about latte art, how to steam the milk. At the end of the course, he briefly introduce me to the roasting section and how his business running. It was great experience for me who want to enter the coffee industry as a barista.
Their coffee also taste very good.
I definitely will comeback for another class or just chilling on their cafe and talking with Francesco. He is a nice guy.

This was a gift and the recipient was happy with the coffee. However, I found the shipping random, considering it was only going to Fyn. I would have preferred the option for it to be delivered to his house, rather than a parcel shop.

Passionate coffee roasters
Very good products for specialty coffee lovers. The team is very welcoming. I took one of their barista courses, which was enriching and practice oriented. We could see that our "professor" is someone passionate and committed to the specialty coffee industry.
I will come back and highly recommend.
