I dont recommend Nordic doesnt smooth…

I dont recommend Nordic doesnt smooth out skin as advertised and all the good reviews from customers. Ive tried it for 90days at 15mins on each part Im concerned and cooling the machine for another 15mins. When I decided to return the product before 100days I was told it keep trying till AFTER 100days. They expect some photos of before & after I started the machine. This I cant provide as I was under the impression "100 days money back guarantee"!!! They didnt stand by their promise!

Customer Service Support Grade Excellent

I have not received my product yet. But I do want to speak of the customer service experience I had. Response is almost immediate. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rex he was honest, helpful, and extremely reassuring. His kindness and just overall customer service support lead me to not cancel my order. I hope the company realizes he's a great asset.

Amazing customer service

I had some issues with the shipping and Jhon and Erika were kind enough to check and assist me through the whole ordeal. We assumed the package missing but I was able to locate it and they were kind enough to have me keep the package as a gift and even offered a discount for future purchases, even though they didn’t have to. Although I didn’t have the chance to use the product yet I am sure it will be fine.

Bought both the Nordic Sculpt 1.0 and…

Bought both the Nordic Sculpt 1.0 and the Nordic cup 1.0 in January and started using these regularly as indicated by Kristin who was extremely helpful - so far I can definitely see a difference - I've lost a few pounds and I can tell I have less fat on my legs and I can feel my muscles more. I would recommend both products but the key is consistency you need to keep using them regularly to see results.

Great service from Jhon

I honestly had a really great experience with NordicSculp.
At first, I didn’t realize they don’t deliver to Mallorca, so when I found out, I was a bit disappointed. But to be fair, their customer service handled it so well that it completely changed my impression.
They reached out to me very quickly and gave me two simple options — either send it to a different address or get a full refund. I decided to have it delivered to my daughter in Holland, and from that point on, everything went perfectly.
I have to mention Jhon, who was genuinely amazing. He kept me updated the whole time and replied really quickly whenever I had a question. It felt like he actually cared about sorting everything out, which you don’t always get these days.
The product arrived in just 8 days, which I thought was really fast, especially considering the change of delivery address.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the service. Even though there was a small issue at the start, the way they handled it made all the difference. I can’t wait to try the product.

The product was burning my skin but they won't allow a return

EDIT TO UPDATE:
I got a refund but not the whole amount. They won and I gave up trying.
The product was burning my skin and feeling very hot. I emailed to ask to return but they said I must wait for the 100 day return window first. I did this, and tried again, and they said that I have to pay for the return or they will deduct $19 from the return fee.
I have explained multiple times that it is faulty and I am not liable for the return, but I just get a pretty much generic copy and paste email back.
I called the bank for a charge back and guess what.. they can't do it as it's been too long!

Constant back and forth since December (5 months), with their repeated copy and paste emails saying they completely understand and I can return it for $19.

Don't waste your money or time.

Brilliant customer service.

I recived my machine and started using it. 4 weeks in my machine just stopped. I was gutted as i was really starting to see a change in my stomach, i also fine the process very relaxing. I contacted the company and got a reply with in hours. The customer servis has been brilliant, no hassle extremely friendly and kept me up to dat with the process. I am now awating my replacment machine and feel reasured this company is trust worthy and reliable. Huge thanks to Rex and John.
