Romanian living and working in Norway registers a €1 UK company with his personal address in Romania and names it NordicVM.
And then he posted offers on both green forums without a provider tag.
The server will crash if you do anything, the online rate cannot be guaranteed at all, and you will never get a reply after submitting a technical service ticket.
