Life-Changing Experience Thanks to Nordic Walking UK!

I first discovered Nordic Walking UK through one of their amazing instructors in Leamington Spa. From day one, the programme completely changed my life. Not only did I get fitter and healthier, but I also met incredible people who have since become lifelong friends.

The service and support have been second to none — friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I bought my Nordic Walking poles through them, and they were absolutely top quality — a real game-changer for my walking experience.

Fast forward, and I’m now proud to say I’ve become an instructor myself, thanks to the inspiration and encouragement from this brilliant team. Nordic Walking UK isn’t just a company — it’s a community. I can’t praise them enough! If you’re even remotely considering getting involved, don’t hesitate — it might just change your life too.

Failed to show up

We booked an introduction to Nordic walking with this company, had reminders the day before and nobody showed up for the session. Avoid this company.

WALX Hampstead

An elderly friend of mine recently joined a Thursday WALX Hampstead group. He had been using walking poles for nearly a year, with straps, which were excellent because he has bad posture and cannot pick things up from the ground without risk of falling. The WALX instructor immediately told him he had to buy some new poles - made of course, by WALX, without straps. He has thrown away £80 of his pension but believes the instructor. We all know how gullible the elderly can be. It makes me really angrey. These groups are just merely sales opportunities for WALX - an organisation that no-one I know who is into serious hiking or walking, uses.

The worst seller ever

I ordered and paid my goods on 08Oct23.
On13Oct23 they informed me my goods were out of stock, I pointed out this was not mentioned on their website when buying them.
On the 14Oct23 they confirmed it was a matter of days for receiving the goods.
On 29Oct23 after 2 weeks of absolute silence I contacted them and was made aware that my goods were shipped 2 days earlier, something they omitted to tell me as they knew I would have cancelled my order.
I got my goods on 05Nov23 and requested to return them at their expenses, something they denied.
What I found totally unprofessional was that since I was complaining hard, they had the brilliant idea to search the web to gather information about me, 'spying' for example my LinkedIn profile.
I strongly do NOT recommend this seller as they are totally unprofessional and they lack basic communication skills. There are hundreds of sellers on the web more convenient than them.

WALX/NWUK I’d give this company less…

WALX/NWUK I’d give this company less than 1 star if I could. Do not sign up to a membership with them unless you want to keep it forever! If you cancel, they will keep charging you no matter how many times you contact them and they say yes, your membership is cancelled.
