I had a problem with my recovery tub and Mark in the customer care department could not of been more helpful. I received a brand new tub, no questions asked within a few days of being in contact with him.

No communication once order is placed they don't answer customer service emails, haven't had a chance to try the product because I've no idea if it's ever going to be shipped.
Updated to say once they saw the review on here the customer service has been very good. Looking forward to trying the product and we'll edit review again if it proves to be as awesome as I hope once it arrives.

Ice bath I received and gave as a Xmas gift was split. Been chasing around since 3rd Jan. All emails bounce back. Social media gets no replies. Not even raising a complaint via Klarna gets a reply.
Update: Once they replied to me via this it was made right and a new icebath was shipped out.
