Seemed simple but more often than not, these programs are for people that can make their own meals etc. I live 75% of the month out of town on an aircraft so I am interested to see if this will even... See more

They hide what are the real costs for using the application and send no information that some amount will be charged and if you quickly resign that the subscription is still not willing to return the money to a big scam

Don’t do it! I have been charged twice in 2 days for a subscription adding up to over £150, I cannot get an answer from them as to why I have been charged this!

Do not let yourself be tempted! Stay away from this app!! To start with, the "quiz" and social media marketing make it look like the focus of this app is going to be on things like lymphatic system and perimenopause-related health/weight challenges, etc; but once you have the app it's the same thing (eat the specific recipes we tell you to and do plenty of exercise and the weight will obviously fall off -- as though we've not all tried this already). Genuinely, I can't find anything new or unique about this app and there are other similar ones that I think do a better job. So I had already decided I definitely wouldn't waste my money on continuing with the app. Secondly, they take part in the unfortunate industry-standard practice of making it as unnoticeable as possible that the well-priced 4 or 12 week trial is actually you signing your life away with a subscription, and the next charge will be quadruple the amount. I thought I made sure I hadn't actually subscribed to anything and even checked in my app store settings to make sure there was no recurring payment set up. But something about the way they start the subscription it didn't show up there. And then though was I bombarded by somewhat aggressive marketing emails multiple times a week (not to say day), of course there was never any communication letting me know I was going to be charged again and the price jump would be massive. I caught the payment within moments but even so there is no refund option. Again, this is industry standard but that doesn't make it a good or ethical way to do business. Having been stung, all I can do now is warn others away.

Do not sign up for this app. It's very basic ai led app that offers nothing. You are unable to view your plans and what you have signed up for. If you do the cheap 3 month plan at £27.99 you will be billed for £118.00 after that and it's no way near worth it. The exercises are so basic and offer only a few variations. You will not be able to cancel your plan at all easily and even if you do they will deny you doing so.

Well, I appreciate that. They don’t hold the initial purchase hostage until you go through all the 97 add on things having the add on things that you have to go through and that you have to read very carefully to be sure you don’t accidentally sign up for something that is either expensive or recurring is a colossal pain. In fairness to them, however, there is good disclaimer language that clearly says yes I want this and no, I don’t and it’s miles ahead of a lot of others I’ve seen.

Read the fine print. They give no notice when they take $158 out of your account 12 weeks later. They get at least one star because when I emailed them they did respond with, "No, you can't have your money back..." At least they are polite thieves. Without their polite thievery, they would get negative stars but that's not an option here.

A user friendly app with a straight forward personalised plan for me to follow.
I wanted the auto renew turned off so emailed customer support who kindly did this for me - Nora who was most polite and efficient, sorted this out for me promptly. Thank you.

I had to make a decision today regarding my account.
I messaged Nora and she was excellent in helping me.
It's really helpful when someone helps you without any extra hassle.
I would recommend Nora to anyone. 😊
