Dear Nordly Living.
I ordered 3 weeks ago now a pants suit from Cocoture through your website. It is ridiculous how long it has taken for my parcel to be delivered.
I just recived a email from your company that you can deliver so to my phone being turned off, that is simply not true!
This is the worst service I have ever had, and no pant suit in sight, and 437 kr lost.
I am not happy.

Waited a long time for the lamp I had ordered unfortunately the shade was damaged. I received the offer of a replacement shade which I accepted. Any further communication has been ignored re shipping dates etc. I am left with a damaged item and would advise against using this company as they are not responding order #1618

Bought furniture 1 month ago, never got it.
I received confirmation email when I bought it and that was it. Never heard from them again, never got any furniture delivered, never got any reply on the mail I send them. No customer service what so ever.
wasted 10 weeks of our time and money
This scam website wasted 10 weeks of our time while holding onto our money. We ordered a sofa in June, with an advertised delivery time of 10-25 working days. The sofa took 2 months to arrive, and after carrying it upstairs we discovered it was the wrong colour. We returned the sofa and were told we would be sent the correct colour after 4 weeks. After waiting an additional 2 weeks, we followed up asking for tracking info, and were told that the colour we ordered no longer exists! A minute's worth of research indicates that they sell fake brands like 'Hannah Home' that have fabricated back stories, when in reality, their furniture is imported from a low-cost wholesale producer in Turkey. Avoid this website at all costs.
it's a scam
We bought a tv shelf that looked nice on the website, but when it finally arrived after 6 weeks the quality was embarrassingly low.
The "wood" material looks like it's printed with a cheap office printer and glued onto some chipboard. The handles are just made out of floppy plastic, feels like a disposable kids toy.
The website makes the item look Nordic and high quality, the truth is it's really low quality stuff made in shipped from Turkey. The workmanship is so poor it makes the cheapest stuff from Ikea look like luxuary.
For returning it they'll charge you 500 DKK, and you have to use their courier service. I'm guessing that's how this company makes money also, if you keep their low quality product they make a fat margin off a cheap item, and if you return it they take a cut out of that instead. I really regret shopping here, it just feels extremely dishonest.

Be careful!!!
I purchased a set of plates in the beginning of February (week 5) and received an email that it will be delivered 5 weeks later (week 10). Compared to competitors in the market, this is a horribly long delivery time to begin with!! But anyhow, I was okay with it up until in the week 10, they send an email saying that the delivery will be late for 4 more weeks!!! and the offer was 10% off if I wanted to keep my order. Of course I requested a cancellation and they confirmed after a couple of days. So, I do not recommend this site to anyone! Don´t be fooled by the look of their internet site, their work ethic is not high. And, they respond to emails very late and they don´t have any phone line which you can reach out to, which is also another red flag!
