Poor and anti-customer friendly policies! The automated subscriptions will charge you 14 days before the prior subscription ends and if you don't cancel the day before or earlier you are locked in for another year. Why would you force people to be locked in before the prior subscription ends? They simply are about collecting money not customer satisfaction. Further evidence was they also increased the price of the service before the auto-renewal. I will never recommend or use any of their products again.

The autofill feature works OK for most websites, but their bug reporting process is incredibly frustrating. When reporting issues, such as "NordPass not working on specific website", they engage in endless deflection tactics (asking "can you do X?" or "can you try Y?"), even when provided with detailed information.
For example, I created a bug ticket reporting that credit card autofill on BuyMeACoffee causes Edge to crash with 100% CPU usage. I provided comprehensive documentation including logs, video evidence, and version information. Yet their response was simply to ask me to reinstall and send logs again. It's evident they're deliberately stalling in their customer support.

I switched from LastPass to NordPass around 3 years ago, and I've been impressed with their service in terms of innovation. With the introduction of Passkeys, the app works great on all devices. I think they still need to figure out whether the Chrome extension is replacing the application on the computer.

The Windows App for Nordpass is difficult to find, it looks like a footnote compared the multiple signup and extension buttons.
Kurt was very helpful though, appreciated his swiftness and understanding.
But yeah, make the windows exe download a little more apparent is my advice - it is weirdly left out.

I’ve given NordPass a fair shot, but it falls flat in too many areas—especially when compared to Proton Pass, which is well ahead of the game.
For starters, Proton Pass includes a built-in authenticator, making logging into sites seamless. With NordPass? Not even close. Setting up passkeys is a nightmare, and many sites don’t support the feature properly with NordPass. In contrast, I’ve never encountered this issue with Proton.
Currently, NordPass won’t even let me create a new password entry—I keep getting a data mismatch or time error. Again, Proton Pass has never let me down like this. It’s frustrating and unacceptable for a paid product.
Then there’s the constant barrage of prompts from the browser extension: “Would you like us to remember this info?”—on nearly every page. It’s intrusive and downright annoying.
It feels like NordPass lures people in with massive discounts, but once you're in, the product simply doesn't deliver. Between the bugs, limited features, and poor user experience, this is a hard pass for me. Complete trash compared to other options on the market.

Brilliant program.
Only thing is that every now and then it does not sync so you can set a new password up on PC but, it wont sync to your phone and you have no way to force sync.
Every now and then it won't recognise that a password belongs to a site even if you have it setup that way... But, very rarely.
If the sync thing can be sorted without having to sign out (because the password to sign back in is saved in the program) and sign back in many times would be 5*****
