I ordered prescription lenses for my Meta Quest 3 and the service has been exceptional. Great customer contact and very informative. I haven’t received my order yet but not expecting it yet. Just wanted to highlight the great customer service from Dannie. Thank you.

SCam Headset ---they buy generic , cheap shit of ALi Express and put there brand on it ,

I purchased 2 headset and one didnt work at all , the other worked fine but the battery ran out extremely fast , not as advertised ,

I purchased the black quest 3 comfort strap with battery pack in April 2024. For 2 months I used the battery strap with the Quest 3 with no issues. It worked great and the kids loved it. The battery strap stopped working in June 2024 and no longer charged the quest 3. I immediately contacted Nord Quest VR with my order information on June 2nd 2024 and request for a replacement. However, I never heard back from Nord Labs. I ultimately ended up getting a Meta Quest battery pack. I would’ve loved to use the Nord Lab battery pack as it was comfortable and was great while it worked!

Paid for 2 day shipping it took 10 days so a waste of money there. Claims 6 hour battery is vliser to 2 hours. The stand falls it's not balance well at all

Battery life is very good but piece that fits on the back of the head is comfortable but is always coming off and needs to be adjusted almost every time I use the headset.

All the products you sell enhance the vr experience.
The quality and price along with delivery time to Australia is excellent.

Bought a battery headset.. for quest 3 iv not been using it long. But can no longer use it, due to watching a movie it gets way to hot. So now unusable. So don't waste money on it.

first I was very satisfy with the unit, very comfortable, but after finding out that the battery did not last as advertise ( no more than 1 hrs and half). I was requested to submit picture with date and time to show how long the battery last. after several communication it was determined that the battery did not last as advertise. I received a replacement unit, and the same thing happens. I requested a return for both units and was told that I would have to cover the cost of the return.

I've been doing product reviews for 12 years now. This is by far the greatest accessory you could treat yourself to for the ultimate VR gaming experience. Must have!

Ordered prescription lens2 weeks ago still no sign of them so missed sons birthday.Ordered 1st Sept arrived 17th which they say is in the delivery time scale of 14 working days.Son seems happy with them....time will tell.

I ordered two comfort straps with batteries for the Quest 3 and 3S. They’re lightweight and adjustable, and the battery pack gives me extra gaming hours. The only downside is that the head plate at the back tends to come out quite often.

Purchased prescription lenses and they just don't stay in place. My grandson was really disappointed and a waste of £60

I'd love to be able to review this product however I paid for it 2 months ago and I still have not received the head strap. I have complained several times. I've been told that it takes up to 15 business days to arrive then when we passed that time frame i was told to just be patient all kinds of things can delay delivery. The company is doing nothing to correct the issue they have even sent emails asking how I like the new head strap that has not arrived. This headstrap could whisper compliments into my ear while massaging my temples and it would still not be worth this hassle.

The comfort strap is definitely better than the original (what looked like some sort of undergarment strap), has greater battery life - that is a must. Also, the prescription lenses are a great idea for those of us who need. But the headset still seems to feel “heavy” to me though. (But I’m a tiny person so maybe that’s just it. lol )Wondering if Nord Labs has any ideas on the fitting around the face/eyes though. Somehow cushioning it greater. Each time I remove the headset, the eye moldings scratch the heck out of my forehead. Or when I try to just tilt it upwards for a brief moment - scratches again. Nordlabs seems to be “on top” of comfort issues with the Meta products, so, I was just wondering. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.

As advertised, the extra weight of having the battery pack does afford a more comfortable experience. The shipping time was not too bad, however better packaging is needed. The box it came in was crushed on one end. Fortunately, it did not affect the product. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the fact that you cannot use the extended battery feature if you need to connect your Oculus to your PC to run PC-VR games via the USB-C port. I think a warning should be given in the description about this.

They offer a refund policy. I paid for the postage and for almost one month of the item being returned they claim they havnt receieved the item. The customer service keeps going around in circles and have not contacted the local postal service where the item is being held. This is absurd.

After alot of back and fourth about purchasing (thought it could be a scam) I decided to bite the bullet and it wasn't a scam! Received my purchase quickly and it's such a great addition! How can you go wrong with something more comfortable and longer battery life?! Thanks

I can say as a person who is always looking to benefit on gadgets that can be used more than just one thing like playing games. I really use this most as a production gear to work and I have used it as it came I. The box and it certainly the quest battery does not last long enough for a single sitting. With this i can in0my work product without been connected to wires for very long while and I mean for at least 4hrs before I am looking for a charger and keep in mind that I am working. Playing this should be a great time to have. One thing I would like it to be even better is to have the battery be able to swap for more extended hrs. I hope they can see this and I would like to volunteer on this new upgrade. Thank you for making this gear. May Gob bless your business.

When i got my Quest 32, i immediately hated how it hurt my neck and further hated how it ran out of juice so quick making the entire thing seem like a waste of time and money. My brother told me, I was missing the magic sauce, i was missing the Comfort Strap with Battery Pack - he was right - absolute game changer!

I have had nothing but issues with this. I have gotten slow charging alerts and device isn't compatible warning and the battery life is not nearly as long as advertised, maybe 3 to 3 1/2 hours. After multiple emails with photos showing the issues I got nothing but the run around and gave up but my email is full of offers from nord. Custom service is awful. Also not as comfortable as advertised.
