Horrible online experience
Purchased a dress online. While shopping and comparing products, I suddenly got kicked off the website because I had logged on too many times and was deemed "suspicious." What? Used incognito mode and made a purchase - but was forced to register an account first. No guest check out. When my item arrived it was horrible quality. Went to the original email to initiate a return - and was blocked from the website again. Did it on my phone. $10 freaking return shipping fee, for a flimsy dress that weighs ounces. Will never shop here again.

I went to the 20 City Blvd W, Orange, CA 92868 store and bought a pair of Cloud X low-intensity running shoes for around $110 USA. I hardly wore them, and they lasted less than three months. I called them to ask for an email address where I could send a picture of the shoes with holes in them and the purchase receipt. They said their policy is only valid for 30 days! It was a ripoff! Now, with their crazy president and unfair policies, I advise you to stay away from investing in the American economy!

Late and wrong order. Nordstrom Rack is a scam
My order was almost two weeks late. Once it finally arrived one of the pieces was sent incorrectly. The items were individually packaged but in order to get the right item I have to send the whole order back. No credit offered despite the whole order being messed up.
The whole time the order was late no one was able to tell me why or what could be done to located or replace the order. They blamed the manufacturer Unsimply Stitched. I have to take time, gas, and effort to fix the company's mistake.
Don't waste your time or support this company.

Ordered items waited weeks and emailed them, they replied at customs in the UK.
2 weeks later I was told it had been delivered pure lies as they emailed me saying they called my post office and said the they called the delivery company and told it was delivered that day, Which was 25th December. What delivery company opens Christmas day? Then told I would be refunded. 4 weeks later still no refund. This site is a scam.

Never buy something from them online. I bought a pair of UGG on 4th Jan 2025, and now they're saying the amount I see deducted from my bank account is just a pending charge that will fall in the next days. I clearly lost €56 so annoying.

Nordstrom rack online is a negative experience overall. I ordered a puffer jacket that included a puffer scarf. When I picked up my order they forgot to package the scarf. Of course there was nothing they can do. I tried to return it because I had no other choice since they messed up and didn’t really wanna take accountability, they said I couldn’t make the return there ( Nordstrom rack) that I had to go to an actual Nordstrom keep in mind, this is a very busy time and lines are insane/ parking lots are full. They treated me like I was an inconvenience for them and had to pay for their mess up. Terrible . Never again.

This was a terrible experience trying to place a simple order delivered to my son at a Coast Guard station not a military base in Washington State We had no problem using Saks fifth avenue for Christmas and they deliver to the station I was on a chat for more than 1 hour and they refused to accept the address that is readily available on the internet for the station they requested to send the item to a store near me and refused to waive the shipping fee even though I would then have to turn around and pay for shipping to the station myself terrible terrible customer service

I ordered a pair of small mens slippers from their online website. They delivered a large size. Obvious, Nordstrom mistake, picking the order for delivery to my home. Called customer service. Found out, I had to order again/pay again, to get 'expedited service' back to me. So, I will be returning these wrong sized slippers to the store closest to me for a FULL refund. Huge inconvenience. Let's see if they try to stick me with shipping, since it was their fault sending me the wrong size........not very confident, based on all these surprisingly, negative reviews. Wow, how the mighty have fallen.
What a joke for a Nordstrom company
What a joke for a Nordstrom company. It took 2 weeks to get a refund for an order that was “mysteriously” returned to sender. I had to ask 3 customer service representatives to get a refund for shipping. They asked for me to repay for my order, that was never attempted delivered. I live in an apartment with a 24/7 package concierge and surveillance cameras. They did not attempt to deliver my order. They were happy to refund me, minus shipping costs. Shipping for an order that I never received. Ridiculous, and not the Nordstrom way. I guess you get what you pay for in this case. Eventually, I did get the shipping refund, after lots of minutes on hold. Did not get the gifts in time for Christmas.

I just visited Nordstrom rack on canel street in Chicago at 10:05 the young man that helped me at the register was so rude I never been treated that way In Nordstrom rack never going to that store again.
Did not apply my Note
I checked out with my merchandise and was told that I had a $10 note to spend and if I wanted to use it. I said said yes and then went to my car to check my receipt and saw that I didn't get the note applied. I went back in store and clerk said that they could not adjust the note and that I can use it at another time but I did not want to use it later. I find it hard to believe that they could not adjust it. It is a very simple procedure. So I paid off my account and will no longer be using it and I will go in and only spend my $10 thay they owe me.
