Horrid company, rigid and exploitative

My experience with this company was appalling. I went to live in Germany and needed health insurance but then my plans changed and I needed to end my coverage. AOK demanded documents that didn't exist. I explained this and understood things were sorted. They didn't contact me after that. Yet three years later, they initiated an enforcement action against me via my bank, saying I owed them 1000 Euros more, on top of the 3500 I had already paid for my 8 weeks of coverage. Nasty people. Avoid.

AOK Notdwst is discriminating

Dual behavior and discrimination. I am member of AOK Nordwest since 2018 but unfortunately AOK Nordwest reimbursed 80% of my son’s vaccination cost but for the same vaccination reimbursed to my neighbor 100%. I want to change to TK. I never recommend for such discriminating company.
