Kinda of scam
Kinda of scam, Do not order halloween costumes from them less than 1 month before the Halloween. The website is misleading as it mentioned the product location was in New York and since I live in pennsylvania I assumed it will arrive quickly as the website never mentioned the estimated arrival date and since I ordered 8 days before the halloween day which is october 31st 2026 and I ordered on october 23rd 2026,
I thought I can get it before October 30 but no, the item was never even shipped 5 days after I placed my order and when I contacted them they said it is still being processed from the warehouse in honk Kong and it will arrive in 3 weeks . I asked for a refund since it will arrive after the halloween they refused. So, it is kind of scam to me. Do not place the order if you are in a hurry to receive it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY – TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Do not buy from this company! They appear to have recently changed their name from Bristey.
I paid $72 for an item that wasn't even worth $10. The quality was appalling, and several parts were missing.
Despite advertising a 30-day return policy, they made the return process incredibly difficult, sending endless emails offering partial refunds and store credit instead of honouring my request for a full refund.
I was left with a poor-quality, incomplete product and no refund. Extremely disappointing experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

This is Bristey under a different name and website. Bristey ship items that are way different to described on the website then refuse to accept return shipping costs as per UK Consumer Law and change company name to clear their patchy history. Please avoid this company.
