When into Norfolk beds a few weeks ago…
When into Norfolk beds a few weeks ago and purchased a small double bed and a white office chair bed and chair delivered on time the men where willing to put the bed up for me but as I had only just had the room painted I wanted to do it my self so the next day me and my son and daughter started to assemble the bed well all I can say is it is poor quality bed and the slates are just pieces of wood ruff cut and don’t sit properly on the bed and the bed is very flimsy when we unwrap Ed the mattress from the plastic the smell was horrible damp and musty . I have been back to the shop and spoken to the lady in the shop as the person I needed to speak to was out all day apparently and would ring me tomorrow am still waiting on your call back I haven’t had the time to chase you up as I have been grieving as my partner suddenly passed away . I would like a full refund so please contact me to arrange this
