His journey in the industry began directly after leaving school. In 1985, at the age of 22, he launched his first business, which focused on timber manufacturing. Had an issue with a broken foot pedal on our Ambassador parasol, and the customer service we received from Amy Riches was outstanding. She quickly identified the exact part we needed, kept us informed throughout, and arranged for a fast delivery so we could get our parasol back in use without any hassle.
Amy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I did not expect to be writing a review some 7 years after purchasing our garden furniture set. But Norfolk Leisure Customer Services is amazing. I contact them to enquire about repairing or replacing the spraystone table top, which had started to peel and looked unsightly and unhygienic. Having explained the problem and provided photographic evidence, they kindly offered to replace the table top for me free of charge. This was arranged very promptly. The rest of the set has aged exceptionally well, particularly as the metal frame lives outside all year round. So the product quality is also 5 star. Thank you Norfolk Leisure.

Mistakenly had ordered the wrong one and having let Amy know she spoke to her technical team, reorder the correct one and has arranged collection of the others. I had found it very hard to find the right replacement until I found Amy at Norfolk Leisure!

I ordered a garden parasol (through the Wayfair website) which is lovely but I couldn’t figure out how to operate the tilt function. I sent an email with my problem and received a very prompt reply which resolved my issue.

We are absolutely delighted with our LIFE Outdoor garden furniture, the quality is superb. But what really stood out for us was the fantastic customer service we received when choosing our furniture. Sandra was amazing, answering our initial email enquiry and then talking us through the different makes and styles in person at the showroom.
