Travis contacted me with an early opportunity to purchase a watch after missing out previously. This was a gift for my son and he made everything easy with clear communication and images. There was no pressure and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. The watch arrived with me on a tracked next day delivery as promised and was even better in hand than the pictures could show. I bought a Tudor watch from Travis at Norfolk timepieces and couldn’t be happier with it. The watch I received was exactly as described, perfectly packaged, sent to me very fast and at a great price. In the past I have only bought watches from main dealers and so have been very pleasantly surprised at the experience from buying differently. Travis was very helpful in walking me through the process, and happy to go through eBay to get the watch authenticated, which it was with no issues!

I stumbled across Norfolk Timepieces whilst searching online for a Tudor blackbay watch.I got talking to a guy called Travis on Instagram who was fantastic.He informed me the watch I liked had sold & he would try to source me another one.He informed me he had a lovely tudor blackbay burgundy.He sent me pictures & I loved the watch so I bought it.He was very knowledgeable he gave me loads of advice regarding the watch even what watchwinder to get.I would definitely use norfolk timepieces again.Travis made it so easy informing me when the watch had been posted even pictures of it boxed up ready to go.A1 service from these guys.

I messaged Norfolk Timepieces on Instagram looking for them to source me a brand new Tag in a short time frame. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and within a couple days I personally met him and as promised he showed me a brand new Tag with the boxes, stickers, warranty card, papers and authenticity with proof from Tag. We had a chat about various other watches and the value of the one I bought. Really genuine, Helpful and knows his stuff. Purchased very discounted from retail even being brand new. Was worried about buying a watch on line but the service and watch was 5 star. Watch was posted out Royal Mail next day delivery and arrived at 9:15am the next day. Perfect. Can highly recommend Norfolk Time Pieces
