Norloom is a Chinese Scam!

We love Iceland and I wanted a mens 4x jumper. When it (finally) arrived it wouldn't fit me, my wife or even my young grandson it was that small, despite the 4x labels. I tried to contact Norloom but was completely blanked, and then when I looked further, all the labels on the packaging were in chinese. That's when I realised I'd been scammed

I mistakenly entered a review here for the company Norrloom which is a scam company, hence I have edited my review with apologies to the very legitimate Norloom of Hungary- sorry guys!

Hi there,
We’re sorry for the confusion, and we’d like to clarify the situation.

Norloom is an independent made-to-order clothing brand based in Budapest, Hungary.
We have no connection to the Icelandic store you mentioned, and we do not use their photos, identity, or branding in any way.

Our only official website is: https://norloom.eu

If you have any information about the website you encountered, feel free to share it with us privately — we’d be happy to help clarify and report the domain if needed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Watch the spelling of NORLOOM!

It seems that NORLOOM is OK but definitely NOT NORRLOOM with a double 'R'. They are a fake Chinese website saying that they are selling Icelandic jumpers.
I have edited my feedback based on sensible and explanatory contact from Norloom who are based in Budapest and do T shirts.
Sadly this is really confusing for legitimate purchases.

Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to explain what you encountered.

We want to be very clear: the website you interacted with was not Norloom.
Our brand does not sell sweaters, does not run discount campaigns, and is not linked to any Chinese trading companies or PayPal accounts like the one you mentioned.

Norloom is a European business based in Budapest, and we only make made-to-order T-shirts.
Our only official website is: https://norloom.eu

Unfortunately, there are fraudulent websites using similar spellings of our name. We understand how confusing this can be, and we are working to report these domains to prevent further issues.

If you’d like, feel free to contact us directly through our verified site — we’re here to help clarify anything.
