Poor quality of all the goods I purchased.
Customer service unhelpful.

I would like to return my items, I’ve reached out numerous times and no response. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

It would a a scam, poor quality sensor sells separated what they send does not work without the transmitter. Try to contact the company to get an approval return. Never answered.

Ordered a wallet described on their website a able to hold up to 25 cards and 50 bills. No way! Tried multiple times to return for a refund but they ignore all requests. Stay away from this terrible "company". You will regret doing business with them, I guarantee it. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Terrible. Awful.

BIG SCAM!!
I wish I had read these reviews two weeks ago before purchasing a wallet from the website. This is a big scam! The wallet is absolutely not leather and my package did not come from the USA but from China! Same wallet you buy at Temu for $2!
There is no guarantee, no refunds and they never respond to emails.

Super SCAM!
I’ve ordered a wallet and the quality is super bad. Unfortunately there’s NO costumer service as advertised on the website. I’ve tried to contact them several times to return the wallet, but never received any answer. So DON’T buy!!!!

Tha airtag wallets and key rings don't come with airtags! Would never have purchased them if I'd known that. Overpriced for the product you receive. Leather is OK but nowhere near being almost $30 for a keyring or $50 for a wallet!

Scam !!! Cheap wallet and you have to buy air tag to put it in . Wallet price probably $5 .
Do not buy total Chinese scam !!!!!

They say hassle free returns which is true as you can’t return anything as the order status stays at fulfilled and not delivery so no option to return. Shipped from outside of UK , poor quality goods and service avoid

Quality is awful. The wallet didn’t last for 5 months, and it says leather. It is not leather at all.

I’ve been trying to request a return. And not able to do on my account. No option to do it. Followed their instructions on website and not able to. I sent emails to them with no response. I’m out $140. Do not buy from this company. And there are no phone numbers to talk to someone

Hope you aren’t needing this product anytime soon. Ordered 12/5 now won’t be here until the 27th what a joke

Poor quality. Very much overpriced for what I paid for. This wallet is not worth $3. Not as described. VERY CHEAP. Bad buy for me. I would like my money back. This is very poorly made

Literally the worst!
I ordered 2 items without checking their reviews after my teenager niece told me she read good reviews on Instagram.
Their website says 2-3 business days for delivery. It took up to 10 days to receive it.
the quality is so bad & design awful.
Now the story start :)
Their return Policy says could initiate a free return after 7- 14 days of receiving the goods, thw order status will change from FULLFILLED to DELIVERED . As of now it's almost 20 days and the Status didn't change yet to DELIVERED & still cannot initiate a return.
I filled the CONTACT FORM more than 10 times with no one responding.
NO PHONE NUMBER could be found for this COMPANY .
Just an advice - DO NOT BUY from this company

Wow - WOW! I WAS TOTALLY SCAMMED. Bought the wallet in October, 2022. Today, December 10th, the wallet has almost COMPLETELY DISINTEGRATED. On the website is says "Lifetime Guarantee", but since this writing I have received ZERO response from them. Even if they did respond, with the level of poor workmanship and quality of the wallet, I seriously doubt a new one will last a year. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Item advertised at carbon fibre, it is not! I have contacted the support team multiple times via multiple routes (website, Facebook and instagram) and had not response from anyt method. Do not buy from this company

The wallet is terrible and now I can’t return it. They keep giving me the run a round. They don’t respond.
Stay away.

Scam Company. NOT a leather wallet. NOT a carbon fibre key chain. Paid about $65 bucks altogether for these things that should have no more $10. No customer service. Items sent took ages from China. One big SCAM.

So... I fell for the ads too. I did not do my research. Poor quality. Don't buy!

Wallet lasted a year and fell apart. Warranty department will not return my emails. Stay away.
