I always get nervous when I read any negative reviews, and after I couldn't track my package i was sooooo sad bc two other sites never delivered and it was a struggle with that. So I emailed norm multiple times with anxiety and they were so helpful, patient, kind, understanding.... all the good things lol and reassured me that my ring would arrive and the usual cause for tracking issues.... long story a little longer... it arrived beautifully packaged and I LOVEEE my ring! I will definitely be shopping more with Norm! Shipping isn't always perfect, and it's not a seller's fault if delays happen or things get lost, so that's not a reason to dislike a company, imo. Thanks Norm for a beautiful ring and great service!

My husband has bought me 4 X gold rings and one gold necklace from norm jewellery and the quality of them all is amazing. I wear these rings every day and do not take off and with it being 14 k gold I know this will last a lifetime.

I have two rings from Norm, a croissant band and the sun right gold band and i’m so happy with them! They’re great quality and gorgeous designs. I have my eye on my next purchase from them already!

My daughter has purchased several items from this company. I recently purchased An item as a Christmas gift . I followed all the directions for a return and the return item was received on Jan 3. The receipt was verified by USPS verification system. I contacted them on January 17 inquire about my refund. They stated that they have not seen the refund even though I sent them all the verification Showing that it was received. I received a notice on 1/24 That they did receive it and it’ll be a That they did receive it and it’ll be an additional 10 days for my refund to appear in my account. While my daughter is satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, please BE AWARE that their refund policy is suspicious.

I purchased a pearl ring for my daughter. Beautiful presentation & lovely item.
After wearing for a few weeks a small side stone became lose.
I contacted Norm and dealt with a lovely lady named Lily. Absolutely no problem to replace or return ring. My daughter loved the ring and wanted a replacement. Within a short time the replacement was delivered.
I was kept upto date throughout.
Beautiful items would 100% recommend.

The shipping was quick. There was an issue with delivery (not Normjewels.com fault) but they were very helpful and VERY responsive via email. When it was thought the package was lost - they were willing to reproduce the order at no additional cost to me despite all tracking saying the package was delivered inside my mailbox. I will defintely be ordering again!

I received damaged earrings (they were not separated in the box and totally scratched!) And above this, both earrings don't even have the same form. They differ in size!!!
Worst is they don't even response properly when I sent them emails and beg them for help!!! This is the top of bad service!!!

The necklace was perfect, and the selection was terrific! The customer service was outstanding. I originally had my order being shipped to my home in the US, but when I realized it was not going to arrive in time for me to wrap and send back to my niece in London, they quickly changed the shipping to London and it arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Norm Jewels.

I ordered some earrings for my daughter for Christmas and she is absolutely delighted with them. They are truly beautiful and excellent quality. I was worrying they would not arrive in time but was kept updated on progress and they arrived Christmas Eve in a beautifully presented gift box. Please be mindful that these are all handmade to order so please allow extra time when you order. The customer service team and communication was absolutely fantastic. After a lot of deliberating on a gift, I finally decided on a ring type to give to my wife for Christmas. My nerves were 'have I got the size right?' and 'did I order this too late?'

Yeah it was an ambitious ask of Norm to produce and deliver in 3 working days before Christmas. I am glad they didn't otherwise the quality of the ring would of been impeded.

It arrived yesterday (4th Jan), so became a new year's gift instead. The fit was perfect (phew!) and the ring was more dainty than the website pictures so in a way far better. My wife is very happy.

Norm's communication was quick and professional. Would be happy to recommend and purchase again.
