I was a little surprised at the customs price I had to pay once the parcel arrived in Australia. However, I understand this is not Norm Jewels fault. The communication about this was really quick and efficient.
Once tbe ring arrived, I loved it. It is so simple and elegant. One I can wear everyday.

Extremely poor product and customer support. I received a ring from my husband for my birthday, it broke within 2 weeks, we sent it back and then sent us out the wrong size ring, after 2 months I finally received a new ring and shockingly enough, it broke again within 1 week! After that they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from this company, it is clearly a scam!

Norm Jewelers far exceeded customer care. They handled my purchase professionally and with a positive result. No questions asked! I would definitely consider buying from them again.

BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS BRAND!! They sell some lovely pieces, but the quality is bad and if something breaks the customer care is very poor!! My boyfriend bought me a ring from them for my birthday in October, I wore it until February when it broke, I was careful with it, took it off to wash my hands or life anything, didn’t shower or sleep in it, nothing, and a stone fell out! They sent my boyfriend a return label and we posted it back, they’ve never replace or refunded us despite countless emails! It’s an expensive risk you’re taking if you buy from them, I hope no one else gets scammed by them!

Not a great experience, the ring arrived looking silver rather than 14k gold, even when I compared it to my 9k gold rings it was less yellow than that. Then I contacted the customers service and called their number - no one picked up, ever - I tried 6 times and it was during office hours. Then I tried the chat on their website - I was connected to someone who told me that people might not be in the office yet—it was 13pm... I then emailed to return the ring and was told that it would take 5 days to get the returns slip. Fine, I return it, and it gets delivered. 4 days after it was delivered back to them, I email again, saying, when is the refund going to be processed?. I get told that 4 days from today, as they had only marked the parcel as returned, based on me chasing. Appalling, laughable. Never again.

The shipping for my ring was far faster than I expected. I purchased NormJewels Vintage Flower Band Ring and couldn’t be happier. They gave me complimentary engraving and it was done beautifully. I am thrilled with the detail of the flowers and leaves in the band. Will most definitely check back with NormJewels for any other purchases I need to make.

I took a risk based on pretty good reviews.
The item was purchased for a birthday gift.
I have to say I am extremely pleased with the product, a beautiful gold signet rings, and received in time for the birthday.
I did become a little concerned it wouldn't arrive on time but due to the caring and professional customer care team the item arrived.

I prefer jewelry I can put on and leave on. I decided to treat myself with two simple, gold bracelets. Taking the bracelets out of the beautiful blue box was a treat in itself! But the bracelets stole the show. Shiny, sturdy, quality-I'm in love! I will definitely be looking for more pieces from Norm Jewelry in the future.

We had a great experience with this company, ordered a gold wedding ring on their site. Customized it to how we wanted with engraving etc - all very easy. Contacted them by phone and email and immediately got through to the person in their warehouse. Quick replies to emails too. Ring arrived on the date they stated. We are very happy.

I ordered a ring for my partner. I needed the ring for a special occasion and I needed to contact the company due to a misunderstanding with delivery times. They responded every time and were very helpful. They really came through for me in the end and I feel they went the extra mile. The ring was beautiful and my partner loves it and was over the moon. The rings are interesting because they are 14ct gold as well.

So this review is based on the ring itself, the communication which was good and the response which really made my day and made a special occasion very special. Can't fault them really.

Terrible communication, ordered a ring for over £350 and it took absolutely ages to arrive with hardly any communication from the company. Far longer than the stated delivery time when ordering. Will never use them again

Bought two rings half a year ago and I’m very happy with them and the quality. One stone fell out unfortunately. I reached out to them and they send me a completely new ring back! After I sent mine back. Very good service of them and good communication. Would really recommend them. Especially for the price/quality and there beautifull designs!

I ordered a bee necklace for over $600.00. On their website, it specifically says they will ship DHL. I live in a rural mountain area where USPS does not deliver to my house, so it's very important I know which company a business will ship with as it depends what address I give them (my PO box or my home address). Since it specifically says that they ship DHL, I entered my home address. A week later when they finally sent out a shipping notification, I found out they sent it USPS (meaning I won't get the package). I immediately got a hold of them and was met with a attitude that this is my fault and was told that they use USPS for shipping to the USA. I again told them it didn't say that on their website to which I was coldly told to contact USPS (when they should do this not me since it was their mistake). There was no apology, nothing, just the insinuation that this was somehow my fault. Customer service turnaround is ridiculously slow (as is shipping) and now I'm left to wait in limbo until USPS sends the package back while they hold my over $600.00 in hostage. I would definitely not suggest shopping here (at least if you are in the US).
