God help me. I will not make this mistake of buying and supporting brands like this again. The sheets came from china and when it arrived it came in a packaging that shocked me. I expected something more well packaged and it doesn’t even say the brand ANYWHERE on it. No lt even a washing label. Don’t get me started on the quality. It’s supposed to be Eukalyptus and it feels like pure plastic. After complaining they insisted I send it back my self to china which is highly expensive and then gave me a 40% discount. Don’t make the same mistake.

The Noroki-Bedware is not only nicely coloured, but first of all skin-friendly and pleasant! Absolutely recommended👍👍

I looked for Noroki here before ordering, but because it is written under a different name here—I missed that this is a complete scam.
Bedsheets came without any tag, without any guarantee for the fabric and what it is made of. They look super cheep and thin, nothing like the pictures. No washing instructions, nothing.
Only after receiving it I found out there isn't any return (confused it with other website I was searching parallel).
So watch out!

The only good thing was that I received a 30% discount for my complaint. But still, paying almost €90 for bad bed linen is disappointing.

What a scam. I ordered duvets and fitted sheets from here and in no way are they what is described. I'm pretty sure the sheets are microfiber, not lyocell, and the duvets have obviously had tags cut off, probably to "hide" that they're some other cheapo brand. They also don't have the loops to secure the duvets to the cover that are shown in the pictures on the site, and I'm not even sure they're the size I ordered since they don't fit the covers I bought from another brand. In summary, the prices seemed too good to be true and they were. Stay away!

Stay the hell away! Please believe the countless negative reviews and don’t fall for the “discounts”.

Company is trying to charge 10% fees for cancelling an order 10 min after ordering and effectively holds you hostage to either accept the fee or have the goods sent to you (which they never dispatched anyway).

Austrian Ombudsman has the site listed as an unserious online shop for this very reason.

It took me 45 days to get my money back over chargeback procedure with my bank. Expect nothing but frustration from Noroki customer service.

Sorry, but I really wish this business the absolute worst for how they treat their customers.

Ah and yes, the company is located in Hong Kong, which is not immediately obvious, which complicates matters further. I don’t want to comment on the goods however the Ombudsman indicates substandard goods being an issue, so think before you get involved with Noroki.

It's too bad I only found these reviews here right after I ordered. I canceled the order right away, but they still want to charge 10% as a fee!

Also just checked on Tenmu and AliExpress: You get identical bedding for a fraction of the price there (if you must, better get some real quality from a local producer).

Quality is very bad, you get better made sheets at any other shop and much cheaper. This sale on the website, description and pictures are absolutely not true.
Color is completely different and quality of seams is bad. If it would cost 10-20 eur you could buy it. Otherwise I call it scam.

Beware of this china-based company.
When I cancelled my order within an hour, they charged 10% of the total amount because “the order was already packed and the postage paid”.

Ordered an Lyocell Eukalyptus bedding which was expensive.

All of the tags are saying it’s 100% percent polyester. The worst is that they don’t even want to refund me and are assuring me via mail it’s actually Lyocell even it stinks like polyester… it’s a scam!

Way to waste your money.

Needed to cancel the order 14 min after placing the purchase due to an error. 10% fee for nothing (since it’s already packed for shipping apparently😀). UPDATE: I asked 3 times well within the 24h period to cancel, and they simply ignored it and shipped the order. STAY WELL AWAY!

Customer service appears uninterested to discuss the case. Goods come from China so I am curious about the quality as indicated by other reviewers.

The standard European Sizes are a slight issue, but they are amazing sheets!

I can really recommend this fabric, it is so soft and silky, love to sleep in it.
Only the bedsheet does not fit properly to the mattress.
I will order again.

The sheets came with a hefty delay and were no good in Terms of quality and size. They don’t fit the usual standard and have an awful smell of chemicals.
I definitely advise not to buy them!

After I received it it turned out that the sheets are absolutely wrong size. I ordered 200 x 200 com and got only a cover sheet 180 x 220 com. Why would I keep wrong sized bed sheets??

So far, I didn't have any problems with my order
It arrived on time and the sheets are so comfy.... Light texture. Even my husband said, that the tissue was so so soft. So far there hadn't been any remarks when it comes to bedware or so.
I cannot give any stars into the future.... But the first wash came out quite well.
We both hope it'll last some years.
