Stay well clear of this company. Products are awful, cheap material, nothing like what it shows on their marketing pictures. When contacted, they offer 10% then 20% if I keep the item or return to an address in China!!!!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS AVOID!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a "S" size cross-over dress that should be tight-fitting. I'm normally a "M" but wanted a snug fit due to the style. The dress was enormous and was hanging off me. I provided photographic evidence and sent several emails insisting on a full refund (including return shipping costs if necessary) which I'm legally entitled to. They ignored all my arguments (I quoted the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which I was exercising my right to reject a misdescribed item because the advertised sizing was objectively wrong and therefore the item was not as described). They just kept repeating their standard corporate policy that I'd have to pay the return shipping costs, could have a nominal refund (either 20% or 25% depending on which email I read), or I could have a replacement (but I'd have to pay additional shipping costs!!). Although the company is in the Netherlands (but are subject to UK law as they actively market in the UK), they ship from China so the return cost was as much as I paid for the dress. In the end I gave up and reluctantly accepted their highest offer of a 25% (£8.23). Unbelieveably, they replied that they'd reviewed the matter and could only offer 20% (£6.59). They were actually arguing about a difference of £1.64. That should tell everyone how tightfisted and petty this company is. I agree with another review - this company is running a scam. Although they're apparently based in the Netherlands they ship unlabelled goods from some warehouse in China. The goods are substandard and probably manufacturing rejects. They know no one in Europe will return anything because of the high shipping costs. They refuse point blank to meet their legal obligations of refunding in full and of covering shipping costs. They hide behind a corporate policy that can only apply if a buyer changes their mind, not if they've paid for faulty goods. Do not trust this company.

A very disappointing experience.

The dresses I received were nothing like the quality shown on the website. The fabric felt very low quality, the stitching was uneven and wonky, the hems looked unfinished, and the skirts were misshapen when worn. One of the dresses also had mismatched black fabric between the top and skirt, which made it look completely different from the product photos.

This was not a sizing issue at all — the problem was the poor manufacturing quality and the fact that the items were not as described.

Despite the website advertising an easy and free returns process, customer service only offered a 10% refund for the whole order. They also suggested I pay more shipping costs for replacement items, even though there is no guarantee the replacements would be any better.

I requested a full refund, as I do not want to spend more money returning or replacing items that are clearly faulty and poor quality. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I like clothing pieces that are simple to pair with other outfits and this one does that really well. It feels comfortable and has a nice appearance.

Purchase at your own risk. I bought 3 cardigans. Awful quality. No tags, no labels, screwed up into poor single packaging. If I want so angry it would be hilarious how much different these are to the website. I wouldn’t buy them from a jumble sale. I have asked for a full refund under the sale of goods act, I have been offered a free jumper of my choice. Horrendous. Dont touch with a barge pole.

Very bad and misleading practice. Scamming people with dropshipping and a very bad return system. Quality is the worst. You have to pay return costs to China while it’s a brand based in Europe. No contact at all.

The item took age to receive . i ordered a black dress and it was a nasty dark grey. I asked to return it to be told I could exchange for a different item if i paid £4.95 postage , post it back to china at my expense using a tracking postage or keep it and get a 15% refund.

I bought a jacket for my wife in November 2025, I had to return it as it was a poor fit, I returned it to the address I was given which was in china, however no refund was ever issued and I was told that it was delayed in china customs, so as yet I haven’t received any apology or refund.

The fabric appears to be of good quality and the stitching looks quite strong. Even after wearing it a few times, it still looks decent and well-kept.

I appreciate that the style is simple yet fashionable. It is suitable for everyday use and remains comfortable even when worn for long hours.

The fit is okay and fairly stylish, and I’ve received a few compliments.

The material feels soft and pleasant on the skin. It's something I can easily wear for casual days out.

the jacket looks nice but the fit wast quit what i expected material is okay but i thought it wound feel softer overall its decent but not amazing.
