Sadly since this survey company has taken over from Panelbase the whole service has gone down from surveys being long tidious boring to payment not effected in due course and you get paid only £10 even if you have more than this amount. Also their system is very confusing on all account. Unlike Panelbase, they don’t respond to your emails promptly, demonstrating lack of appreciation for the contribution from their panelist. What a sad end to Panelbase, miss it so much after being a panelist for over 4 years.

I have been doing these surveys for ages i even did an extra one which gave me £50 after alot of work my end. I claimed my money 10 x £10 bank transfers. This was 2 months ago. Ive been chasing and chasing and they barely respond when they do they say they will check then i dont hear anything from them. Nothing short of theft right now ive worked for this money. I wont stop till i receive it either!

I used to be a member of Panelbase and I really enjoyed their surveys and earned quite a bit of extra cash. Unfortunately Panelbase has now become Norstatpanel and I keep receiving surveys, but when I try to complete them I’m told the survey has closed, even though I respond as soon as I get the email. I am so disappointed in Norstatpanel, Panelbase was so much better. I do not recommend joining Norstatpanel.

When dealing with Panelbase before the takeover, Panelbase kept me informed of payment progress.
According to the Norstatpanel website payments are "considered" on Mondays and there is no update on their website I'm still waiting for my payment.

Do not get many surveys, take forever to build up enough coins for voucher.

Terrible survey panel. Transferred from panelbase thinking would be smoothly and got my account frozen for no reason. Was with panelbase for years and had no issues then once it got transferred got my account frozen with a pitiful reason as to why. Would avoid at all costs as this happened coincidentally after I tried to redeem my coins.

Scam which won't pay out

Transferred from Panelbase which has now finished.I'd never heard of Norstat and I can see why.Out of six surveys so far three I've been screened out of after completing over 75% of them.Two I completed and not been paid for.Not a patch on Panelbase longer surveys poorer incentives.Also rubbish customer service.Panelbase were so much better.

Started off well then had problems, the customer service department is absolutely rubbish.

I've been doing paid surveys for quite a few years now and I have a lots of different sites I use to do my surveys, this one is by far the best I have used so far. They also sent me a Tobii eye tracker device which I installed on my laptop and I'm receiving rewards for using this device. This is the only survey site I can't find any faults with. I highly recommend this site. (update) They must have changed their reward system, as now its a lot easier to apply my rewards, was having difficulty before but today was very easy, whatever you have done Norstatpanel, well done.

Why did you remove the £5 Amazon voucher? Not going to bother doing your surveys anymore if you make us wait for £10 vouchers now. £5 vouchers are worth the effort and patience but now you’re just making a joke of your users.

They are a bunch of robbers I am trying to get a 15 euros gift card for months it is so simple to fix but they employ dunces stay away no respect for people

Love it, easy to use, good amount of surveys.

I completed a survey but they disqualified me at the end of survey, I contacted with them and they replied with the usual sentence saying that I am not qualified so screened me out.

My question is why did you screen me out at the end of survey but not the beginning???

No issues obtaining vouchers however, all the prize winners appear to be in Europe. I have asked the UK eligibility to win question twice and got no response. Is this because they are based in Denmark perhaps ?

Works well. I don’t understand the complaints saying the vouchers don’t work etc. I’ve been using Norstat for about six months and made enough for an Amazon voucher that worked perfectly. You won’t make huge amounts of money using Norstat but it’s all legit, easy to use and doesn’t take long to fill out most survey.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT DO IT. Have to change my mobile number as I'm getting so many spam callers now. Can't redeem money and gift card codes seem to be made up!

I've been with Norstat for a while now and they've been very good so far and I've had absolutely no issues.
