No answer for return my parcel. Size (cm) on site are wrong

I ordered some shoes that were delivered late. When I got them home, the model was a total different one than the one I ordered. The communication with the customer service was a pain as they had no idea of my case and it took me over 2 months to send the shoes back and get a refund. The refund I got was for the price of the shoes and not for the shipping costs, which I consider it to be a fraud. Please don't buy anything from this company, they clearly don't know anything about customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Superb product, strong customer support.

The shoes have a high quality feel and are well crafted. The breathable shoes are a hit for summer, super comfortable to wer with a light breeze on your feet. The ones for rain really work too, feet are dry in rainy London weather!

Small point to improve: shipping and taxes are paid separately.

Shoes showed up super quick and they’re awesome. Comfy, look great - no complaints at all. Really happy I grabbed these!

Excellent service and a great product - seamless delivery all the way to Hong Kong in a matter of days! Both the sneakers and the loafers are clearly high quality and very comfortable to wear (even in the hot Hong Kong summer)!

The shoes are truly beautiful and perfect for the warmer season in the city. Unfortunately, the size chart with the measurements in centimeters is incorrect, and I had to exchange the shoes—hence only four stars.

Great product and it is my 3rd time buying a pair of your shoes and I still have all 3 pairs! However i have to buy a size up on the 2nd and 3rd pair.

Forgot to enter my discount code. Half an hour later they fixed&refunded.

I feel like I’m scammed. I’ve returned the shoes for over a year now(!!) and still no payment back. No answer to my mails whatsoever.

Dont order at this Page, its a scam. Bad custiomer service, weeks of waiting , no refund. I will take a lawyer to get my moeny back

SCAM! Stay away from this company and buy elsewhere... Ordered a pair of shoes which did arrive alright, but the size was completely off compared to general standards. I returned the shoes, but here months later I'm still awaiting my refund. The company does not respond to any customer inquiries I send them.. Not by mail, not by contacting online.. No responses at all!! Never buy anything from this company

Great shoes, but as seems a common complaint weak import process and really poor customer service. They submitted the wrong value for the customs invoice, so I was overcharged by the shipping company, then took weeks to respond to a request for a new invoice, while never actually producing one. Despite the good product I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Comfortable and classy. Every day I wear them several people tell me they like my new shoes. Loving them!

I had the Classic Charcoal Grey shoes and I liked it very much so I ordered one of the breathable shoes too. The same quality, good look and truly breathable. I love this too! 👍

Had to pay VAT 2x times. First in the webshop on purchase. Then a second time when the shoes came to Norway.
I’ve written to North-89 customer service about this now a number of times since summer, but they have never followed up. They just simply stopped answering.

6 months later I have yet to get a refund for the additional VAT charge or even a response.

I’ve also tried to contact them about changing shoe size. Zero response there also.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes as Christmas gifts and am still trying to return a pair but after 5 emails to the only 2 emails they publish, I am still waiting for them to reply. This is the same issue everyone on here says the same thing - zero response from them!

29.01.25 Update - after a slow and very painful back and forth I have now been refunded

Purchased some of the Court range and then needed some help adjusting my order. The North 89 support team were responsive and helpful, making the change and shipping to Australia with ease. A pleasant experience which gave me the confidence to purchase again.

Super comfortable and good looking sneakers. Also the suede feels very soft. These shoes are ideal for sailing and also to wear casually.

The customer service was amazing, they answered all my questions quickly and made sure I had the right size. Plus, the delivery was super fast! Pre-ordered shoes on the 5th of October. Received various email that production/shipping was delayed. Finally the shipping date arrived, but nothing yet. I've emailed them various times but no response.
