No meds received....no refund received
Placed an order on 6 January with an estimated shipping time of 2-3 weeks. Three weeks passes without my order arriving. Tried tracking package with the tracking number given...turned out to be an untraceable tracking number. Contacted customer support and they responded 3 days later and told me to wait another 2 weeks. Waited another 2 weeks and still no package. Contacted them again and after a couple of days they responded that covid was slowing down customs...wait some more. Waited another 9 days and contacted them again. Told them to resend my order with a real tracking number (FedEx) or refund my money. They responded 2 days later and told me they don't use FedEX and asked if I wanted a refund even though I already told them FexEx or a refund was their only option. I responded the next day and told them to send a refund immediately! They responded a day later and again ask me if I wanted the meds resent or if I wanted a refund??? I responded immediately "SEND A REFUND NOW". Three days later they responded and said they would issue a refund. After that, I waited for 6 more days and still no refund. Contacted them again and they said it could take up to 10 days for a refund. Waited again...after 13 days of waiting, STILL NO REFUND! I contacted them again and after 2 more days they replied that I should contact MY bank and file a complaint. They also said the merchant's name for my order was BONCOFFEESHOP (which I looked up and it is an office building in Jacksonville FL....so much for being a Canadian pharmacy. That was the last I heard from them. It has been over 2 months since I place my order and I still have no meds and no refund. This website also operates under Pharmacy Mall, so save yourself some pain and stay well clear of both.
Added Note: For those who think my package just got lost, ask yourself these two questions: 1) Why was I given an untraceable tracking number? 2) What happened to the promised refund...did it get lost too?
