Buying a house/ conveyancing
Approaching 60 and ready to make my final house move, I was very concerned about the slow process of conveyancing. It seemed to be the same tardy, slothful meanderings of 30 years ago. An estate agent recommended a company called North and Broadway. I spoke to one of their advisors, DeQuincy Prescott, who was very professional and informed me that they use solicitors who are clear about their case loads to ensure the sale process is much faster than with most solicitors outside their network. There were no hard-sell tactics. DeQuincy was punctilious and addressed all of my concerns. I am confident that this company would address exigent duties in a timely way and allow a house sale to occur smoothly and efficiently, as they prioritize the customer first and foremost. In addition, I received a call from the director, Richard Forshaw, who gave further assurance. They have a proven track record, so I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is clear to me that they have streamlined conveyancing in line with information technology, which is long overdue.
