NETV called out for a fault on out Iveco based Motorhome. Brian attended fist thing on a Saturday morning and attempted to resolve issue on driveway. Due to complex nature, vehicle had to go into workshop. MH was dropped off on the Monday and not planned work. Impressed with NETV as they managed to accommodate the repair with their existing workload. Highly recommended and very professional service.

Absolute Cowboys and I have no idea how they can be trusted to do fiat’s warranty work. Our van needed to go in for an engine replacement due to a failure on the bottom end. The work was carried out and given back to us 5 months later from then on the van saw a world of problems 8 times we had to go back to NETV over the space of more than a year. During this time the warranty on the van has expired over its 3 year 100k mile mark but we are still having issues and NETV don’t give you a warranty on their work and are now trying to charge us for repairing their own work. If I had more time on my hands I would be taking them to a small claims court and inform an ombudsman.

Awful and I mean awful Company to deal with. (Immingham Branch). Had our almost new van in for warranty work nearly 4weeks and did nothing to it. Not a single call from them in all that time and no response to multiple emails; only lies about responding once. Weird considering we get 40+ emails per day from all over.
We had to call them every time.
They didn't do anything they should have even though none of it was Rocket science.
I'm bewildered why they ghosted us constantly. These are the worst people I've dealt with in over 35years running my own business and inevitably we do get an occasional bad one.
Picked our van up with a flat tyre and disconnected lights even though there was nothing wrong with the lights. Nothing on the joblist ticked off.
Inexplicable or maybe just a particular staff member is trying to sabotage them or is racist; who knows?
