I used this company to do my Lasting Power of Attorney, Dan was very knowledgeable and acted professionally, good communication. Competitive price and quality service provided, without doubt highly recommended.

We contacted the company for help in arranging Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills and a family trust. Dan was very knowledgeable and supportive during the whole process. He clearly explained the options for types of wills and trusts as we didn’t know where to begin. This enabled us to make an informed choice about what we needed for our family. Once decided, it was a straightforward process with draft documents emailed out for proofreading. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants estate planning services.

it took months before i had a reply and that was to say i hadn't filled it in correctly so i did re-do and sent it off to you again i heard nothing so it has took over three years and still i am not sure if it is register

Worst mistake of my life getting in touch with the company!
Having paid £450.00 to Dan Buckley for my Will , I feel I have wasted my time and money with him and his company. I am of pension age, and can hardly afford to loose my money at this time of my life. Circumstances changes in many peoples lives at any given time as it has with me. However having spoken to him on the phone 23rd March 2023 to make the changes to my Will which I sent by email as requested by him, I was prepared to pay the extra, Nothing has been done by him, he has completely ignored my calls to him and my 3 emails. I feel scammed by Northeast Planning Services and will never recommend this company !!!!. I hope you enjoy my £450.00 i paid you for a non completed job. Peoples circumstance change and there was a change to be made and no matter what, you did not reply to my message even if you were on holiday you did not bother to make contact ! You've been reported as a company ...end of.

Dan provided a very professional and swift service at a point where time was pressing to finalise estate planning arrangements with a discretionary trust will and to formalise property equity division with Land Registry. Fantastic communication and he explained everything in great detail to lay out the facts without pushing into a course of action and all decisions were our own. Didnt realise if its a straightforward lasting power of attorney for finance or health you can actually download all the paperwork via the gov.uk site and they also give you full instructions on what you need to do. Could have saved myself £200 if i had known this before i used this company
