My 1st order I did not receive. I reached out to their concerned customer service and a replacement was shipped. Again, the replacement did not materialized. Reached out again to the helpful customer service and another replacement was again shipped. 3rd time is a charm. I got what I ordered! This company will make it happen. They are very trust worthy and honest! You can order from them with confidence!

I've purchased several knives from Northedc. My experience with this company is excellent. I had one issue with a knife I purchased, and they corrected that issue immediately. I have been totally satisfied with each of the knives I've ordered. I will continue to order new selections as they come available.

I have a question. I got my knife but there's no markings on it. It doesn't look like the one I ordered

I had ordered a knife and if did not perform properly, I contacted customer serve and got an immediate response from Mary, who had me do a video describing what was wrong and after she received that immediately sent me out a new replacement knife with no further questions. She also went above and beyond to send me a video on the knife. My issue has been resolved and I have to say Mary & her team provided above and beyond customer service! I have since ordered more products and will continue to do so! Thank you Mary for going the extra mile to resolve my issue, excellent customer service!! Great company to do business with!!

This knife has a great feel in my hand, very well built. Strond release! This isn't my first buy either. I've been giving these out for presents with my friends. Everyone loves these. I can see it on their face. Solid knifes. I'll buy more.

Northedc is a quality firm with great products and excellent customer service. I experienced an issue with a carrier making a delivery and their customer service rep, Mary, stayed with me through the entire process to make it right even though it was not the fault of Northedc. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Northedc has outstanding customer service!!!

Aye mane I just got my order today from northedc I had to check out that stilletto I’ve been always wanting one since I was about 10 years old. It’s solid good craftsmanship and it’s ready to fire right out the box I feel in love with this knife I carrie it with me everywhere I go so u can say it’s my new edc thank you NORTH EDC y’all really did y’all’s thing

I hoped for a nice, solid knife. I received a MONSTER, this tool has a rock solid backbone and a solid full length tang and was razor sharp. The sheath was top quality, thick leather. Very well sewn and decorated. Amazing tool amd worth 5 times the price!

It was everything. Customer service, mailing, the box is beautiful. The product, I was and am still very happy. It is a work of functional art. Can't put it down.
