Really pleased with these adjustable dumbbells and good customer service
Really pleased with these adjustable dumbbells. I looked at lots of different brands before I bought and this pair had the most suitable weight increments for my needs - 1.5/2.5/3.5/4.5/6/7/8/9/10.5/11.5/12.5.
They are a bit bigger that non-adjustable dumbbells, so can seem a bit unwieldy on first use, but once you've got use to this they are fine.
They seem sturdy and well-made (unlike some other brand reviews I read) and the weight-changing dial seems to work well.
Extremely happy and am using these every day.
The website was easy to use and my order arrived quickly.

Insane Prices, Sexy Equipment, Indestructible 💪
Stumbled across Northern on Instagram and was instantly hooked on the design of the equipment. This then led me to check them out and was then blown away by their prices, so ordered some equipment straight away. It then arrived in no time at all which was impressive and when I unboxed it I was buzzing! I got to work with it right away and I’m finding this stuff is indestructible. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Nice one Northern 💪.

Faulty item returned after a fight to do it and now they have it I can’t get refunded everyday I’m
Lied to and no refund.
Avoid these cowboys as so bad
Warranty period for gym floor is 90 days although uk law is 12 months lol
Still not been refunded and told I would be refunded 3 weeks ago so stop lying on here and refund me and I will stop here as your conning people ! Still no refund told they can’t refund me today ?

Brilliant Customer care and great prices
Ive ordered from here twice and received great products with fantastic customer service both times. The prices or weights can be astronomical across the Internet, but northern seem to be the most competitive and the quality isnt poor like you'll find from some others.
I recently had an issue with a discount code not working, but after reaching out to their team, Armie sorted it instantly and was very friendly and efficient. The customer service has been brilliant.

5⭐️ quality and customer service
I purchased my weights from Northern Gym well over a year ago which no prior issues, then today my adjuster got stuck. I reached out to the team and John was really helpful and gave me some troubleshooting steps to take where he advised of the well hidden reset button! it was resolved in minutes.
