Absolutely incredible from start to finish. The service and quality of the build is brilliant and certainly recommend to anyone.

We have just had a cabin built in our garden and the customer service experience along with the build quality has been excellent. The cabin is constructed of 44mm timbers and is set on a frame on ground screws (our choice). Access to our garden is by a narrow passageway, but this presented no problems for the workers. Josh visited beforehand to make sure he understood our needs and situation. He had a specialist install the ground screws and base frame and they were great. A few days later the build team came and they were done in a couple of days. It's all been very smooth and we would totally recommend Northern Log Cabins.

Josh and his team are second to none. Nice to deal with a true craftsman and not salespeople. Went through a number of options to suit our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. Ground was uneven and subsiding so he came with the solution of ground screws, and now we have an awesome garden office, thanks again Josh .

I would highly recommend this company!! They were so knowledgeable about every step and there was no question they couldn’t answer. They took the time to explain everything I wanted to know so I could make the right decision for which way to go with my cabin. It’s amazing quality and I’m so happy with the result!

Northern log cabins and team set out to deliver me a log cabin to a high and professional standard and as promised they didn’t fall short of their goal and my expectations.

I opted for a 77mm log cabin with the electrics and plumbing included to eliminate secondary trades being involved and ease installation

Josh and the team at northern log cabins looked after us and went out of the way to ensure everything was perfect and as we wanted it, although Jordan the fitter that was allocated to us likes to take tick tick videos and literally drank us clean out of tea it didn’t stop the quality or professionalism we paid for

I asked josh about after are and mainatance and he kindly put me onto Daniel Chatterton who came within 48hrs of call and painted my cabin in a high quality wood treatment

The staff were really helpful and friendly helping us decided on what log cabin would suit our needs the best. A gentleman called Josh delt with us and was extremely knowledge catering to our every need.
I woud highly recommend northern log cabins to anyone.

It’s always a worry when making an expensive purchase over the internet that you don’t know who you are dealing with and that your hard earned cash may disappear and the goods not turn up or the goods be of inferior quality. So we did lots of research over the internet and also went to the NEC where we actually met Josh at a trade show. He was clearly an honest guy so we decided to commit to purchasing from him. There was a 7 week wait for delivery which suited us and the cabin arrived on time.
The two men that delivered it were very helpful and even gave some advice about erecting it. We chose the cabin because it appeared to be just like a large lego set to erect and basically it is but with a few added complications. However, if you do get into any difficulties Josh is always at the end of the phone or internet to answer any questions.
The quality of the timber end the engineering was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from Josh again.
