Super fast delivery epic beers
Really easy to navigate, smooth and quickly loading pages. Every time I order the delivery Is quicker than I expect- this time I ordered Thursday night, confirmed packed and shipped Friday and arrived Saturday at 13:30… this happens frequently! Also the beer is epic, even if getting bored with the standard fridge fillers - there are always special editions that are spectacular plus staple epic beers like heathen…

Over carbonated, no quality control ?
Been drinking Northern Monk for a few years now and the latest batch of Faith was so carbonated that it never settled and was impossible to drink. I guess it must be a one off, but it's a big inconvenience when your beer has to be dumped down the drain.

Best Customer Service Ever!
I recently had a couple of cans of Faith that didn’t seem quite right,so I thought I’d give Northern Monk a heads-up. Their customer service was absolutely spot on! They asked for the batch number to check it out with their QA team, then sent me a gift voucher and even threw in free shipping. I wasn’t expecting anything at all—these things happen with brewing—but they really went above and beyond. Awesome brewery with a great team behind it. Massive shoutout to Northern Monk!

I had a couple of dodgy cans of Faith, so I thought I would bring it to Northern Monks attention. The level of customer service was exceptional! They requested the batch number so they could investigate with their QA. They then offered me a gift voucher to spend I their shop and also added free shipping. I wasn't expecting anything as I know these things can happen with brewing. A fantastic Brewery with a fantastic team behind them! Well done Northern Monk!!!!
