I had been looking for ages for an installer who could do everything I wanted in one integrated installation, Solar, battery storage, hot water heating storage battery and infra red FAR panels, that when complete, could get me as close as possible to an overall net zero and able me to get rid of my gas supply in my home.
Northern Renewables proved to be the ideal provider, knowledgeable, keen to help and rise to the challenge of a tough installation. Boy did they succeed. An excellent job well done, happy to recommend.

I was very impressed by the level of care that was taken by the team that fitted our new inverters and battery storage. We already had PV panels and were 10 years into a feed in tariff (FIT) which we didn't want to compromise with a new storage installation. The Northern Renewable electrician went to great lengths to ensure that the installation was FIT compliant and even changed some key components on the day of the installation. All of the required documentation was provided on completion and our FIT status has been retained.

The team were very informative about the process, no pressure and answered all questions. From the moment the team arrived on site to finishing they were always polite, tidy and kept us up to date with what was happening. The installation took longer then anticipated but due to poor weather. Great job by all.

We were given a very informative introduction to what was available. Everything was explained clearly. Our questions were answered and we felt reassured that this is an excellent company, registered with all the trade quality standards and employing a professionally well trained and competent workforce. We were confident to proceed with Northern Renewables. The installation went smoothly. All timings and deadlines were adhered to. The installers were polite, considerate and very tidy. We were given excellent after sales service and are happy with our solar panel and battery system.

Staff were very helpful ..finance arrangements less so as best offer not available to over seventy fives…..should have been made clear earlier as should survey result before agreeing date for installation..but job well done by installing colleagues..

Although a little late in arriving, the service provided was efficient and effective. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Contacted the Northern Renewable Centre in a slight panic as we’d literally just realised that our solar panel system wasn’t working at all. During my initial phone conversation..during which it must’ve been clear that I had no idea what I was talking about.. the chap I spoke to was very easy to talk to, asked the relevant questions to get the info he needed to help us.. he then arranged for an engineer to call the next day,
Dan, our engineer was bang on time, very pleasant, very knowledgeable & reassuring, he made a point of explaining exactly what he was doing as he was doing it and what he’d discovered during his check.

Our inverter had failed & needed replacing- Dan then called the manufacturer to check the status of the guarantee etc on it.
We received a quote via email later that day, very reasonable we thought… and were offered an appointment the next day to replace our inverter with a new one.
The engineers that came out to do the job were, again very pleasant & took real care not to carry any dirt thru the house. Again they explained what they were doing, fitted the inverter and carried out a service on the rest of the system (included in the price) & so, two days later we now have a working system again.

We were so impressed with the company’s service from beginning to end.
Although we obviously didn’t have much knowledge about our Solar system, no one was at all condescending, they made everything clear as they were working, they were very efficient, cleared up brilliantly when they’d finished and basically left no sign that they’d been in the house - apart from perfectly working solar panels & the bits that make them work!

All in all we were very impressed with the Northern Renewable Centre and would have no hesitation in contacting them again with any future problems and absolutely no problem at all in recommending them to others.

From the first visit into the showroom until the last of the guys left the house everything was easy. No pressure to sign up, given time to decide on the best options for me. I went with solar panels with battery storage . The team that came to the house were very respectful of the property and cleaned up any mess. Once I sorted out my new tariff another quick trip into the showroom and they remotely programmed that battery to refill during my cheap rate time. Thanks to all would 100% recommend.

Excellent efficient installation of solar battery.

We have just had our solar panels and battery fitted today. Excellent service from start to finish, they made us so welcome in the showroom where they explain everything in detail. The installation team were very friendly, from the scaffolders, roofers and electricians. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and we had the App installed, demonstrating how it works. They put everything back in its place and left it spotlessly clean and tidy. We received a few quotes before hand but decided to use the local company who’s quote was very competitive. Highly recommend Northern Renewable 😁
