Extremely unhappy with customer service
I recently ordered materials for both my stick and a rebounder. The stick arrived quickly, which I appreciate. However, the rebounder has not yet been shipped, and despite contacting customer service twice, I have not received any response in over three business days.
I understand delays can happen, and I trust the order will eventually be processed, but the lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Clear and timely customer service is just as important as product quality.
The only reason I am not giving a one-star review is because the store itself is large, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If a staff member sees this, I would appreciate being contacted so we can resolve the situation.

Extremely helpful, extremely quick - great service.
I ordered a stick, with some customisation required, at short notice, and they turned it around overnight (ordered in the evening, dispatched mid-morning)

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Fast delivery and informative staff.
Placed an order and I got call to double check the sizing of a chest guard, as it didn't tie up with the boot size I was also ordering. That was just brilliant customer service.
Would def recommend and use again.

Lacrosse head broke twice - unable to help and rude
Lacrosse stick head broke first time it was used. Northern Soul Sportswear did replace this but the Lacrosse stick head broke again the first time the replacement was used (unfortunately by this time out of warranty). Contacted Northern Soul Sportswear who were unhelpful and called me an idiot over the phone. Definitely not 100 satisfaction guaranteed.
