Warning NVG have gone bust
This company have went into administration and have sent emails to collect payments under NVG branding but account details are SWM invest LTD which was incorporated 24th Aug with the same director Grant Doyle. I did not pay my September invoice due to this as no proof they still have liability for asset of car . I have now emailed them 6 times to ask for someone to contact me and car collected . I have no idea where my deposit is or if it will be returned or swallowed with the debt NVG owe. Petition to wind up company was issued in Aug and first court didn't happen , due in court 18th of October where NVG will be forced closed. Looks like I will be waiting for the liquidator to collect the vehicle. Thankfully have a new vehicle on hire from elsewhere. Please do not pay any invoices with NVG branding but different bank details.

An absolute disgrace of a company
An absolute disgrace of a company. Even though they know I have terminal cancer and have been in and out of hospital, they have ignored emails, while the relevant employees refuse to take calls to explain why my deposit hasn't been returned, almost 2-months post vehicle return. Claiming emails went into Spam Folders and were subsequently missed (an impossibility when the person has had numerous email communications, unless the address has specifically been marked as Spam), people apparently being away from the office and all manner of other nonsense excuses. Four times I've been promised the money will be returned to me, only for me to remain out of pocket.

Happy to discuss this on Monday, especially as we only take refundable deposits for vehicles that are delivered within 10/14 days. We welcome any conversation with any authority, including the FCA as a quick check on our systems demonstrates James Samuel is not a customer of Northern Vehicles nor have we received any application in that name in the last 12 months. Furthermore Paul has not worked for the company for 4 months and even then, he didn’t have the tools to take any deposits. The reality is any competitor can add malicious reviews. I suspect you are either a competitor, a friend of someone we have declined, or even a friend or family member of someone we have repossessed a vehicle from.

I was amazed when I was accepted after refusals elsewhere. I collected my brand new Jaguar XE last Friday the 21st February 2020. It is a beautiful car in every way. The whole process was completed in about 10 days. Brilliant service from Northern Vehicles in every way. Highly recommended

I would like to apologise to guys from…
I would like to apologise to guys from Northern Vehicles for my previous review. I mentioned the guy who used to work for team and who me and my friends has not very good experience with, however this guy is not working for this company no more and I did not know that.
Unfortunately I don’t know how to take my previous review off as I forgot log in details to other google account.
My friend spoke with guy called Grant. Grant was really helpful and help her to sort out everything out. NV have the best deals around and I will recommend this company to all my friends and family and I will be definitely contact team to sort out my next vehicle ( my lease with other company finish in July , so I will be definitely in touch guys)

After being messed about with powerleasinglimited & junocars. I managed to get in touch with Grant for a new vehicle. The whole process was smooth and no crazy amount of initial payment. I only payed refunded deposit & I managed to get the vehicle within 15 to 18 days I think. Great service and stress free lads + Lucy. Will be coming again in November for an E Class. I would recommend anyone to Northern Vehicles
