First time I’ve booked a Shellac manicure and polish at this venue. It was the quickest and most basic manicure I’ve ever had. The whole process took 20-25 mins. The manicurist didn’t speak more than 5 words to me. The overall look of my nails, once they were painted looked good, however after a just over a week, 3 of my nail colour has chipped. This has never happened before, and can only assume because a proper manicure wasn’t done. Usually Shellac nails last at least 3 weeks when I’ve had them done. Very disappointing service, will not be back.

I've had pedicure done a few times and the services were reasonable although on each occasion I was kept waiting for more than half an hour despite booking in advance.
This time my pedicure wasn't done by the person that I had specifically requested for in advance. My toe nail broke during the pedicure along with bleeding. However, instead of empathising with my situation, the receptionist blamed it on my skin being "too sensitive." It goes without saying I'll never be returning to this place again after this ordeal.

Always have a great experience getting my hair cut here - the girls are all great and know how to style!

Maria is always very friendly and is very creative with the hairstyle,very happy all the times I go, highly recomended.

Wonderful service. Had a shellac manicure and eyebrow treatment , both were excellent. Alba and her team are great and do everything they can to make it a really relaxing experience and provide a high standard of service.

The technician was unfriendly and quite grumpy. Didn’t make conversation at all. Also didn’t do a great job. Nails aren’t the same shape, the polish isn’t to the edge of nails and they aren’t filed down nicely. First time coming here as read some great reviews but really not great and won’t be coming back.

I love the haircut and colour but it took over 4 hours to do which is rather long for highlights and cut.

Always an exceptional care and amazing work. Only trust this ladies to look after my hair. Thank you making me feel special everything I come in and leave with the most beautiful hair.

This is my 2nd visit to the salon, I have had 2 treatments with beautian Ledia. Ledia made me feel welcome, is very friendly and professional throughout. Really happy with the results and will be back again.

Experience was okay. My appointment was 25 mins late, so I was left sitting there, and although there were plastic screens up I did notice a few members of staff without masks, so didn’t feel 100% safe.

I got extensions done, which after a couple of weeks I have to say have stayed on pretty well, but I found it weird how I wasn’t asked what colours I wanted first on my nails, felt really rushed.

Will be making this my regular eyebrow bar.
