As I do not live in the UK, it was very difficult for me to find an estate agent I could truly trust. Initially, I went with a company based in Liverpool, and they suggested a few properties there, but it later turned out to be a bad decision.

Fortunately, I then found Kevin from North Fox Property, and buying a property in Birmingham through him was the best decision I made. Kevin guided me step by step throughout the entire process. I found him to be extremely professional, honest, and transparent.

He answered all my questions patiently and never pressured me to commit. Instead, he explained everything clearly and presented all the facts so I could make an informed decision. At one point, I became unsure about proceeding due to some financial concerns and the high interest rate I was being offered. Kevin supported me through this phase and also helped coordinate with a mortgage agent to resolve the situation.

I eventually went ahead with the purchase, and it has now been three months since I bought the property. I am very happy with my decision. Kevin also assisted me in finding a reliable property management company at a reasonable price, which was a huge help as an overseas buyer.

What I appreciated most about Kevin is that he always made me feel there was no pressure to buy until I was completely satisfied. He is very experienced in the property market and clearly understands what kind of property is best based on the client’s requirements.

I would highly recommend Kevin and North Fox Property to anyone, especially overseas buyers looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent.

I recently purchased a property through Northfox Property after stumbling across them online, and the service I received was outstanding.

I am a new investor in the property market, I took my first action with a wrong agent, no I am not saying North Fox, instead North Fox is the one who saved me from going down a terrible route, which could take me years to recover. I was just at the edge to sign the sale contract of a bad bad deal, bad enough to drag me into deep personal crisis, because subconsciously I had doubts, I started to randomly choose other agents to ask for advice. I still remember I received the call from Kevin the next morning, he took so long to state relevant information, stats, charts and articles to back his opinion - the deal in front of me is not going to serve me. He did not try to push through his opinion, he did not educate me like a newbie, he just patiently shared his knowledge and information, made me to start thinking myself, and make my own decision. I can't be thankful enough, I am so luck it was Kevin who picked up my enquiry that morning, and so patiently did the deal analysis with me. The following days, he kept checking up on me, and make suggestions to recover my paid out fee, all his help is not in the condition to make a purchase with his firm, it's just genuine help, I said he is an angle sent from the heaven to save me that day.
I hope one day I will be investing in Manchester, Kevin and his team will definitely be my go to. I also wish Kevin's team all the best, I believe they will grow big and fast, and one day open an office in London, I will be one of your first clients.

From start to finish Kevin, has been exemplary with his honesty, advise and overall dealing with my buying a student property through his agency.
Kevin also took the time to explain the Supported Housing investments, which other agencies are very keen to promote, due to Kevin’s timely advice, I saved a lot of money form being taken in by a scam for investing in a Supported Housing scheme.
Kevin did not receive a fee for his advice, nor did he expect anything in return.
I went on to buy a student flat from him and cannot speak highly enough of Kevin and his team.

They work with email spammers who have no respect for peoples data. Unfortunately it looks like i will need to take legal action as their response so far has been one of denial, in terms of their responsibility. I encourage anyone who has received an email from these spammers to do the same.

No risk disclosure in their email, no trading particulars, no explicit consent to send me marketing messages, unlawfully deploying cookies onto my browser cache, the list goes on...

I am very pleased with the advice and guidance on where to invest and why the selected investment is promising, with a thorough explanation, data, etc. I appreciate the staff who supported me from North Fox Property, particularly Kevin, who has been a great advisor throughout the purchase and beyond. Not only this but also, during the purchase, he negotiated on my behalf with the developer and represented my situation, which resulted in the developer adjusting the requirement according to my situation, which Kevin has conveyed.
