I ordered the sibling kit on the Wednesday and we had the results 9 days later. They emailed to say when the kits had been sent out, when the lab has received them back and a date and time we would get the results by.

Sibling DNA test
It put some answers to rest and it came back with the result that I was hoping for and confirmed my suspicions. I posted the DNA test on a Sunday and I had the result by the Wednesday. NorthGene sent me a confirmation email that they had received my DNA. I appreciate that people have had problems, but my experience was a positive one.

Very quick and painless service I would recommend highly... just a bug bear that the results got emailed to the non bill payer and myself as the bill payer has not received an email or postal result service of the results... thanks anyway as it was a positive outcome for me
