Sometimes in real life things don't always go to plan - it is only then that you properly find out how good the company and its products you chose : Kris with Roger who took the order and completed the order from start to finish kept me in the picture all the time whilst a supply problem ( out of their control) prolonged the timeframe to enable a finish/fit.
Kris found solutions quickly and responded promptly - completed the job in total to my great satisfaction - I have to say nothing was to much trouble.
A case of not 9 reasons why it can’t be done but 1 reason why it can and did - how many companies could live up to that I wonder - thank you very much for the service here North Notts blinds

North Notts Blinds and Roger were exceptional throughout. It only took a couple of weeks from measuring up, discussing options, placing the order, manufacturing and the fitting. Initially, I had blinds fitted for most of the windows, but I was so pleased with how good they looked and the service and price, I have since had the remainder done.

Great local company to deal with. Roger came and measured for blinds, very professional and friendly. He gave us a quote which we accepted. They make the "Perfect Fit" frames on their own site. 2 weeks later Roger came to Fit the "Perfect Fit" blinds, they look fantastic, so much so that we have ordered more blinds from North Notts Blinds. The prices are very competitive. Service is excellent. We would definitely recommend Roger and North Notts Blinds. Thanks guys *****

Very efficient and effective! The blinds are a winner every time. Colour, fabric and whilst probably more expensive than off the shelf blinds, are worth every penny. No hassle, free no obligation quote and home visit to measure up. Great service and with a smile. This was the second time I've used this company. Again great front of house service, choosing the right blinds for what I wanted. Instalation was great, the fitter installed them and fitted the motors getting them all working as they should and popped in a week later to check everything was working OK. The fitter was nice, pleasant and courteous. Great job well done.

I have just received an apology from James regarding my previous negative experience. I was very impressed that the company contacted me to say sorry and that they are following up my complaint. This has restored my faith in the company.

We have had several blinds from NorthNotts and have never been disappointed. James measured up and advised us on blinds for 3 rooms. These were custom made and fitted within 3 weeks with expertise. They all look great and were priced competitively. Great service.

We have just had new blinds fitted in our house. From start to finish this has been excellent service. I can not fault the quality, lead time or level of service.
James came to our house to measure up and helped with the selection of material and colours, he also returned to fit the blinds. Very polite and professional, James is a credit to your company.
