Ordered 2 mats. Fantastic. Very comfortable. Unfortunately one had a leak that we couldn’t find. Got in contact with the company and they asked me to send through some videos. Did that and they responded the next day saying a replacement had been organised. Can’t fault their customer service. Was excellent.

Christmas use update...
Used this over Christmas for a week, overall it was a good buy, it stays up, comfy and not too heavy.
Only criticism I have is that the cap that covers the pump hole seems to keep opening and doesn't like to stay close.
Conclusion...
Good buy, not the lightest but for the money you can't go wrong.

I love my mattress
I love my mattress. Slept outside two consecutive nights under a walnut tree in the tent and I am a side sleeper. Was warm and comfortable without being able to feel any bumps under me!
I am now wanting a double to go with my single so I can fill the 3man tent and sleep with both kids comfortably.
Packed down easily and I am SO HAPPY with the mattress. Thank you

I was very dubious of their claims, however, the blow up bed has been great, I can actually have a decent night sleep and I’m using this two nights every two weeks. It’s a breeze to inflate and very comfortable.

Great Piece of Gear
While it did take a bit longet than expected to receive the air matresses, the wait was worth it. The quality seems very good and both matresses I ordered arrived in great shape. I have tested the matress indoors and found it to be very comfortable and amply sized for me (6'1" at 235 lbs). The size and weight of the matress is definitely suitable to backpacking use, which is what I intend to use it for. I would rate this as a 3 season pad and a very good one for the money. The press to inflate feature is nice to have, but it is very tedious; I recommed getting a microsized air pump or a fill bag. The Northpeak gear matress is right up there in quality with matresses I have paid much more for; I can't wait to try it on the trail.

Guys I gotta tell ya this inflatable pad is the absolute BOSS check this out!!! I took on a job staying in a house to present somebody living in the unit to prevent breakins and squatter takeovers..for the first night,I laid on it to test it out! I spent the night over fresh broken window glass that was NOT tempered; (so extra long sharp )random pieces embedded into a brand new carpet. from a late evening break in the day before. Not only did it not puncture when I kneeled into it to lay for the night, I woke up with it still inflated, still firm bed!!!, I even rolled my sleeping bag on top of it in the am and was left absolutely shocked!!! Tell this to the world man! Rock on guys you did great with this one legitimately. Can’t wait to turn some buck brush or cacti into a boxspring!! Maybe not

We definitely don’t recommend sleeping on broken glass as a standard practice… but we’re glad to hear it held up exactly the way it’s designed to.

There is no "90 days no question asked guarantee"
To be honest we didnt like the mattresses at all.
The first mattress just didnt work out we couldnt get any air in that thing.
After some discussions we did get a new one as a replacement, then we found out they do make a lot of noise wenn moving on them. So there is no way to have a good night sleep on that thing. We did decide to send the mattresses back to find out it all is a big hassle with customs and the postage is just crazy for us to send something to Great Britain.
There is no return Level provided by North Peak Gear. But North Peak Gear did offer to pay 70% back and we can keep the mattresses. So we still have to pay money for nothing.
North Peak Gear makes ist as hard as possible for the customer to send anything back.
They ask you over and over again, like they want to make you tired so you say yes send me the 70% and get out of my way. There is no way of a 90 day no question asked guarantee....
The only positive thing is that the customer service responds quite fast even on Sundays and we did get the 70% refund fast.
Well would we buy it again, of course NO, we wouldnt recomend it eather because of all the reasons above.
We now will visit a outdoor shop and buy some decent mattresses. It might be more expensive but in exchange it will work

After some more discussions and opening a case via Paypal we got now a 100% refund.
So at least we did get the money back..:-))
