The price was much lower than other companies. Filters don't seem quite as thick as some others, but still very sturdy and capable of removing dirt. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Back last summer, I received some boxes of old glove that did not hold up very long for me. But that was just a few times that happen to me. I'm very happy with your gloves. Shipping is very good. Thank you.

I worked at NorthSky as the HR Manager and a member of senior leadership. Despite my role, credentials, and responsibility for people operations, I was consistently dismissed, talked over, and excluded from decisions directly impacting my department. Leadership input was only valued if it came from the CEO or VP; all other perspectives were treated as irrelevant.
The culture was openly hierarchical and demeaning. All male leaders were paid more than I was, despite comparable or lesser qualifications and scope. Equity concerns were ignored entirely. Women and leaders deemed “beneath” executive leadership were not respected.
The CEO, who did not even work out of the office and was based remotely in another state, micromanaged trivial optics such as where employees physically sat. Staff were moved across the office for “appearance,” and leaders he viewed as inferior were stripped of offices and placed into cubicles, reinforcing a culture driven by ego rather than professionalism.
Operationally, the company was dysfunctional. Employees were expected to front company expenses because leadership refused to issue company cards, and reimbursements were routinely delayed, requiring repeated follow-ups just to be made whole. This created unnecessary financial stress and resentment.
Leadership lacked competence, accountability, and basic management courage. The CEO avoided difficult conversations and pushed them onto others, while simultaneously accusing employees of being untrustworthy over minor or unfounded issues. Decision-making was centralized, poorly informed, and reactive, with no clear strategy or sound business planning.
This was one of the most poorly run and disrespectful organizations I have worked for. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment here—especially women or experienced professionals expecting ethical leadership, operational maturity, or their expertise to be taken seriously.
Update: The business tried very hard to get this review taken down for “defamatory” content. Just goes to show you how they devalued me as an individual and a woman.
