The support team at Northstar are always really responsive. When tickets are raised you know that a member of the team will pick that up and progress very quickly. If further information is needed they will reach out and are also pro-active in offering suggestions of alternative solutions to a query or issue.

Northstar IT have been handling my IT requirements for just over 2 years now. My dealings with them have been flawless and they come highly recommended. The whole process has been effortless and I have nothing but positive things to say about Christian, Dave and the team.

I had a new computer fitted by Northstar with changeover completed the same day. A Big thank you to Paul who took over remotely from the office. He did not leave until late on a Friday evening to finish the job. Once again an ace employee.

The service provided by Northstar always exceeds my expectations. The team always go above and beyond. A simple request to add Teams to a laptop was done quickly followed by a quick demo and some helpful tips too. Sounds simple but a Gold Service when you need it, You guys rock!

Northstar are a local company that give the best service and are always willing to help solve a problem - plus they do respond when you contact them! As a technophobe myself, it is a worry that your data can go missing - but a simple phone call to their Helpdesk has always been all it takes to resolve any IT issues. I'm happy to pay a small monthly fee to know that they are always there to help whenever I need it - plus they supply all my hardware and software and even come to the office to install it. It really is a 5 star service.

Northstar IT recently upgraded the PCs in the office including to Windows 11. Very friendly and helpful team working around our day to day requirements so there was minimal to no disruption.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Northstar IT. The engineer that came to install my work PC and WiFi was pleasant, chatty and very professional. He explained everything in detail in my non IT language and answered any questions I had. I’m not a lover of having strangers in my home but he made me relax straight away. We initially used Northstar IT Support for CE plus certification and new equipment to go with this. We subsequently used them for the necessary reaccreditation. They have been excellent, with first class customer service and a great team on the helpdesk for when problems occur.
