Overall, very good, but communication could be better..
I wanted to give you 5 stars, but the lack of communication as I was sending in my forms made me very nervous. Using chat means that responses should occur within 24hr. In the end, I was very pleased with your services. The portal was generally easy to use and helped facilitate the process.
