Ordered a new jack for a P-Bass. The only trustworthy supplier I could find. It came really quickly, and I'm really happy!

I had a quite a few items from Northwest Guitars and everything has been of a very high quality. Navigating the website is easy, there are always good levels of stock, ordering is easy, delivery is quick and well packaged.
Email responses are quick and informative…the folks at Northwest know what they are talking about and, in my experience, are only too happy to help.

I do a lot of modding to my basses and over the last 3 or 4 years I've bought quite a bit of small stuff from Northwest like caps, bridges, tuners. This time I got a set of 4 Wilkinson tuners for £20, cheaper than well known online market places beginning with A and E. I also got a string tree to go with tuners. I placed the order on Thursday and got the package on Monday - Royal Mail 2nd class - so a great turnaround from a company you can trust, even for small stuff. Always a go to on my list, I won't make them rich, but I know they're always dependable and decent quality. Thanks NW.

I purchased a 3 pack of D'Addario XS acoustic strings. The price was excellent and they were delivered on time with no fuss. I will be making a larger order before I head back to Spain as I am converting all my metal string acoustic guitars to XS strings. They even threw in a String Winder for free !

I placed a pickup order and hadn't heard anything after a few days. Messaged to check for an update and had a call saying they hadn't placed the order so would process it and apologised. The postage was refunded. I wanted it for the Saturday by 15:00 so I could drop my guitar off with the pickups (this was when my tech guy finished work). I was advised it would be with me by 12:00 on Saturday. It wasn't and arrived later the afternoon. If you're not after anything in a rush then you're OK.

I made an error with a purchase and NWG very kindly and quickly help me resolve the matter and refunded me. Communications were excellent.
