Used northwest homes in first year and they helped us find a gorgeous house just what we were looking for as students. Currently using them again for this year and Jordan has been so helpful helping us find different houses/flats at the right price, he’s also very friendly and has great customer service remembering our names and building a rapport with us as soon as we walked in. Definitely recommend Northwest homes.

I would not recommend north west homes at all! In the current house were in now was dirty could tell it's not been cleaned at all... after a lot of arguement and emails saying we need this sorted finally almost a year later things are sorted... fast forwarding to yesterday. We had been to see a house and loved it and paid the deposit now all of a sudden jessy who deals with this side seemed to be putting off giving us the contract which I found odd and then yesterday they just took of us? When we told them we would now be homeless they was laughing. Bit unprofessional if you ask me and to top it all off Jordan was begging us to do a good review of him and I mean begging I wonder why haha what a joke of a place. Terrible people and awful service.. will not be going through these again

Northwest homes refuses to listen to the concerns of their tenants. During this pandemic, we have had multiple viewings where those attending have touched our personal belongings, not worn masks and it is unknown if they sanitized their hands before entering the property. We have expressed to NWH on several occasions that we are uncomfortable with this and have been assured that NWH is taking all precations. That was not the case, viewers arrived in a NWH car, upon exiting the car I observed the viewers and the NWH representative put on their masks (under covid guidelines masks should be worn in any enclosed space where households are mixing) furthermore, some of the viewers and the representative took off their masks while moving around the property. We have provided NWH with a video of the house so that virtual viewings can be done. A representative (J.B.) of NWH assured us that as December is a busy and stressful time anyway for students (on top of covid and us (the tenants) currently working 6 jobs between us) that all viewings will be postponed until January. This has turned out to no longer be the case as another representative rudely informed me that J.B. had no right to promise us that and as the property has not been let for the next academic year, NWH will continue to put profit above the safety of its tenants who are already paying a premium price for a subpar service.

We decided to go with North West Homes after being recommended by previous students for a student property of the academic year 20/21. We knew exactly which property we wanted and they were very efficient and flexible around us to enable us to get this house. We had a couple of issues our end and they were very accommodating about it. Since being in the property we have had some minor issues with the house itself and the maintenance man has been brilliant at sorting any issues out.
Therefore, we decided to stay in our current property for the next academic year and Jordan has been amazing with helping us secure this even with all our issues we caused.
A few communication errors but once they were all cleared up we were very satisfied with the service. Couldn't recommend them enough
